  • 1. How hard can you work out?
    I can set blistering pace, leave all mortals panting behind me.
    Quite hard, I sweat, I feel the burn, but I do not look like I am having fits.
    Hard enough, like dancing in a party, I have fun with it.
    I don't work out hard, I work out smart. I stretch like a ballerina, I float like a butterfly.
    I work out smart too. If you work out too hard, you lose balance and focus.
    Not hard. If I work hard, my joints will murder me in my sleep.

    Fast results, especially in the butt, hips and thigh region.
    I would like to look lean, not gain any muscle.

    3. What turned you off your previous exercise video?
    It took forever to show results and though I may have lost weight, I did not get tone.
    I gained bulk. I became muscular especially in the thigh region. Gross.
    It was such a chore doing them.
    I lost weight but my abs remained flabby.
    It was not challenging enough.
    Everything was too hard to do.

    4. Suppose you need exercise ecquipment along with your fitness video, how much is tolerable?
    I'll buy everything that I need. Multiple ecquipment is fine. Fitness is serious.
    Some things, but I am not stocking up on too much merchandise. An exercise ball here, a mat there is okay.
    Merchandise? Not really. A mat or similar is my limit.
    A great pair of shoes, optional wrist weights maybe.
    Just the great pair of shoes. Why should I buy anything else?
    I want every bit of fitness ecquipment to be optional. Oh and I plan to use the same shoes in which I go for my daily walks.

    Bunch of southern women, who step on and off of steps, make your thighs burn and shout things like `whoo' all the time.
    A dignified, elegant older woman who seems like a wise, supportive aunt and never pushes you too hard.
    An enthusiastic foreigner who makes you smile and laugh, and feel like you are in a dance party.
    A guy who trains Jennifer Lopez. Dude! Jennifer Lopez.
    A man who will push you to your very limits, a sleek, powerful, man who will make you feel like a marine in training.

    6. How do you want to feel after your workout?
    I don't want to ache too much, maybe a gentle sweat to remind me of the work I have done.
    No sweat, but loose and limber, maybe a twinge when I overdid it.
    Not sweaty, but with a soreness in my belly to indicate the burn that my abs recieved.
    Happy, energized, like I went to a party.
    Sweaty, with sore muscles. No pain, no gain.

    I don't know about coordination, but I am quite flexible.
