His historically unique tactic of releasing our intelligence on Russia's plans in real time to allies in Europe for weeks ahead of Trump's boyfriend pulling the trigger was actually pretty bold and brilliant.
Cooperation is not something that people like Trump and Putin are used to having much experience with. So it may be that they don't expect it like they should in their adversaries. At least Putin didn't in this instance. Huge miscalculation on his part. Biden, on the other hand, has employed cooperation and openness with our allies and partners from the very beginning. It's not a weapon that Putin is used to facing.
