Well, if you like brocoli, let me introduce you to my new best friend. Cauliflower. Slice it or chop it into pieces about an inch or two in length, put on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, grind some salt and pepper on top (or sprinkle your favorite spice medley) and bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
There are all kinds of variations. Just Google "roast cauliflower."

Broccoli is almost a wonder vegetable. Rich in fibre, antioxidants, vitamins C and K, D as well, I think. Benefits for Cancer, heart, and the immune system. The K is supposed to help with arthritis although it hasn't done much for mine.
Cauliflower is the same but not quite as rich.
