Application is placed in Environmental Health Programs Coordinator's (EHPC) mail box.
EHPC either assigns application to an Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) or keeps it.
EHPC/EHS reviews the application in accordance with North Carolina Regulations.

 Applicant is sent a letter listing all deficiencies and instructions on resubmitting plans.
Applicant is contacted about scheduling construction visits and/or final inspection for permit. In some cases a letter may also be sent.
