So here's the deal when the lights are going out in GA... The prosecution gave defense a list of charges, but nothing more. Fucking dikeads. They are required to give enough "evidence" for the defense to start defending the subject. Otherwise, it's just plain bullshit. The judge found six charges were bullshit. Again, the dims are charging without cause.
Here's the issue with this. pedojoe has a choice right now. He can give the fuk up and retire on the DE beach (honestly I understand why he wouldn't, but...), OR he can go through this exact same bullshit. Remember, the GOP wants to charge financial crimes. I know curt doesn't think it's a crime, but a few million dollars? it is something they want to look at. And that opens the entire "family" open to a RICO Act case. They don't want that. Just trust me. They can go back from 7 years from the first known act. Then go back 7 years from that. Then go back 7 years from that... etc. pedojoe will be dumped in his grave with a wheelbarrow like a pauper and walked away from. They'll leave the family penniless. I would prefer that, but it isn't necessary. Unless curt wants to try. Them I'm willing to ruin the family and make them destitute and living on the streets with all the other hookers. The dr can earn a teener for a "job" on the street.
The Georgia judge presiding over Donald Trump’s case for allegedly trying to steal the 2020 election dismissed six charges Wednesday from the indictment for not being specific enough against the former president and a handful of his co-defendants.
Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee dismissed charges alleging the co-defendants asked public officials to violate their oaths of office by switching presidential electors from those for President Joe Biden, who won the state, to Trump.
McAfee ruled that the indictment failed to provide enough detail about the underlying felonies in the requests that co-defendants were making in their meetings with lawmakers or a call to a state official.
“They do not give the Defendants enough information to prepare their defenses intelligently, as the Defendants could have violated the Constitutions and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways,” McAfee ruled.
