Trump and Hate and the Republicans all remind me of a story a woman I used to work with told me many years ago.
She happened to catch her three year old daughter going through things in her older brother's bedroom. The girl knew that she wasn't even allowed to be in his room and that she'd get in trouble if she disobeyed. But there she was, caught dead to rights. The mom stood there in the doorway with her arms crossed and watched her rifle through stuff for some time before the girl finally realized that her mother had been watching her. The girl's reaction was priceless.
Acting all angry and upset with her mother, she yelled, "Mommy! Don't find me...!" Like it was her mother who had done something wrong.
