When you Called the Off-Set Line to ensure you will get paid (federal off-sets may take client's refund, which means you won't get paid) Was there an offset?

Inform the client they need to pay for their Tax Preparation fees upfront if, after the off-set is deducted, they don't have enough to cover tax prep & all other fees.

Call your AO or Corporate (678-278-9255) to get cc/debit form or Wells Fargo account for Cash/Money Order.

Go to TaxProDocs, input the New Client, and send a text/email for the client to upload the supporting documents:
Driver's License
Social Security Cards
W2
1099
etc

When you enter in TaxPayer/Spouse Info, their "Taxpayer Pin Signature" should be the last 5 digits of social security number.

Careful Data Entry – don’t hold client’s money up being too fast…Protect Your PTIN!

Always put Apt Numbers because the IRS won’t give client their refund without it.
