Is the price still out of line on their website, before escalating ensure have we actually priced the fixture and if so in the partner's connect account is the price the same without their own manual add-ons causing the issue?

If there are some bookmakers that are on the bookmakers tab that are skewing the prices out of line and without them the remaining books should get the vars where we need to be be then consider blocking. We should have 5 or more unblocked bookmakers (absolute minimum 3) try blocking the worst bookmaker(s) on that fixture and click re-pull. Wait a few minutes has this improved the situation enough?

Is there a full var that can be edited to adjust the relationship e.g. dispersion/momentum or can TAP be turned on? Has this fixed the problem?

Look to put a soft add-on to move the main trader variables where it needs to be, this will then decay if the market moves. If it recurs each time the market moves or there is a known model deficiency consider a hard add-on. Has this solved the problem

Are there bookmakers that always need to be blocked for a competition or sport. Consider a request to remove them from the whitelist.

Is there a full var that can be adjusted to fix the price, this may need further tweaking/removing of add-ons. Be very careful that the var changes are not negatively affecting other markets. Try to make small changes, and consider if the change will affect suprem/totals unexpectedly. Try to make balanced changes, e.g. if you only want to change suprem the totals must be unaffected so this may mean making a small positive add-on to one team and an equal negative add-on to the other team. When the fixture is the best you can get it has this resolved the issue?
