Troubleshoot Kaleidescape playback

Check in downstairs closet, is Kaleidescape player lit up and blue?

|
Check upstairs closet and make sure Kaleidescape server is powered on and blue. Is it?
| YES
|
Press the buttons on the universal remote or touch panel to select the Kaleidescape again. Do you see the movie display?

Flip down the door and turn on the unit with the power button. Does it come on and turn blue?

Check the power to the kaleidescape server and make sure there are no breakers tripped. Call Andy if needed further.
