(CNN

More than 6 in 10 Americans who watched President Joe Biden’s State of the Union address had a positive reaction to the speech, according to a CNN Poll conducted by SSRS, with a smaller 35% reacting very positively.

That pattern of widespread but tempered positivity mirrors the reception for Biden’s speeches in previous years. Last year, 72% of viewers reacted positively, with 34% saying their reaction was very positive – the lowest “very positive” number in CNN’s polling dating back to 1998. In 2022, 71% had a positive reaction, with 41% saying their reaction was very positive.

His worst rating...by far.

For context? IMO, The best ever was Bill Clinton. By comparison? Joe blew it. In this poll his positive was 84/16.

Joe's rant was tossing raw meat to woke wackos. It'll hurt with moderate and independent voters.

Good news for No Labels.

Only 60% had a positive view of Biden's SOTU speech! How will he ever recover?

How did viewers like the Sen. Britt's rebuttal speech?

Anytime the prez (who is accountable to ALL US citiens), calls half of them names, people respond. The only one's that don't are the ones stupid enough to think they safe from the fury. Losing the Black vote? Losing the parents concerned about their kids in school?

    OD,

That's why I thought it was a good night for No Labels... and third-party candidates in general. The "dithering and diminished" Doddering Old Fool came across very much like Trump does and if you're one of the tens of millions of voters disgusting with the lack of civility and statesmanship in Swamp politics, you weren't impressed... in fact, you were offended.
