I'm pretty sure he doesn't run it anymore. And, its daily hits are about half what they once were...and, these days, it's more lib than conservative but, at this moment, the poll has 60,000 responses.

There were a whole lot of other things that happened. The big thing for me was that there would be numbers from a federal agency. newsome would demand "his" numbers showed a much different picture but never said where the numbers (although he did say once that "his" people got these numbers). One was on crime, another was on people moving to/from the state, and taxes. It was pretty sickening. newsome was slick though. And you could tell they hate each other.

For those refusing to watch. I thought Hannity did a good job with questions. And they weren't really questions. It was more like "XYZ agency says this." how do you respond for your state. The poop thing was pretty funny. newsome was explaining how nice and clean frisco was.

newsome did say crime was going down. Ron missed that opportunity to say, "Holy crap! If that's down, where was it before!"

All in all. It was a debate. Tough spot for newsome.

Background checks are mandated by federal law. I fill out the exact same form to buy one in FL as I did in CO, VA, or any other state. And in FL there isn't a "gun show loophole." So unless I'm giving a gift to my kids or grandkids, and are not selling as a business, they (and the owners) are checked.
As a governor that believes that an inanimate object has the power to somehow come alive and murder people, he ought to understand that system.

So Bill, when DeSantis finishes dissolving into a puddle before too very long, who is your next choice until you end up voting for Trump again?

Donna and I have been figuring for some time that Nikki Haley will end up as the Republican nominee if it isn't Trump.

Why should they? I don't watch Fox more than a few minutes at a time. And I don't give afuck about Fox polls or what Fox viewers think. They are such a tiny minute portion of the population.

I watched several videos of the debate. Enough to see how it went. And no one has provided any excerpts from the debate that made it look like Newsome had any problems at all. Quite the opposite of DeSantis's poop-laden performance.

I think Newsome will be a Dem front runner in '28. I've known he was on this track since he was mayor of San Francisco. He'd make an excellent president.

Of course there wasn't anything wrong with newsome. I know facts aren't your forte, but they matter when they can be factchecked. newsome was horrible at making up his own stats. Hannity was using accepted facts that we use here all the time. newsome chose to lie about it I know that actually using facts isn't a big thing for sheeple so there's that. He did choose to make up his own "facts" that weren't even in the ballpark. A few examples are here.

I'm "assuming" that you got your "excerpts" from MSN, right? And you actually think that snippets are going to give you a valid view of what happened? Of course, it's against your religion to look at another side, since that would be blasphemy.

I'm just saying that if you only look at one side for "news" you're not going to get much...
