People who say they are voting for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are probably low-information voters.

PARIS AIR SHOW, LE BOURGET, FRANCE; June 19, 2023 — Carbon transformation company Twelve and Washington Governor Jay Inslee today announced plans to scale the production of E-Jet® fuel, Twelve’s sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) made from CO2 and renewable energy, with a commercial-scale production facility in Moses Lake, WA. The announcement was made during a press conference held at the Washington State exhibit at the 2023 Paris Air Show in Le Bourget, France.

Twelve’s E-Jet fuel is produced using the company’s carbon transformation technology, which uses only renewable energy and water to transform CO2 into critical chemicals and materials conventionally made from fossil fuels. With up to 90% lower lifecycle emissions compared to conventional fossil-based fuels, E-Jet fuel is a drop-in synthetic fuel that works seamlessly with existing aircraft and faces no constraints on feedstock, offering the best viable long-term solution to address emissions in the aviation industry. Transitioning to E-Jet fuel not only reduces reliance on fossil fuels, but also reduces particulate emissions from aviation and decreases impacts on neighboring communities.

ARLINGTON, Va. (AFNS) --
What if you could access fuel from anywhere on the planet, at any time, no tanker required? The Air Force thinks it’s possible with ground-breaking carbon transformation technology.

Separate from carbon capture and storage or carbon utilization, carbon transformation can turn carbon dioxide from the air into nearly any chemical, material, or fuel, including jet fuel.

In 2020, Air Force Operational Energy endorsed the carbon transformation company, Twelve, to launch a pilot program to demonstrate that their proprietary technology could convert CO2 into operationally viable aviation fuel called E-Jet.

Carbon is a pretty wild element. It can be combined with so many other elements to make so many things. It's no wonder that life on this planet is made outta the stuff.

This is quite a promising technology, Curt.

    I agree with jjpo 😱.

This is what the conservatives have been arguing for years. It's a possibility. Nuts and bolts aren't done with. I'm excited also and it's going to be great technology, not only for aircraft, but trains, vehicles, houses, and cities also.

Curt- I saw this a year ago or so that they were "working on something" like this. It was kind of someone's dream it seemed to me. I immediately put it away as, "yeah, get back to me in the next 50 years when you figure this out. I think this is really exciting. I told my wife about it, and she immediately understood all the ramifications of this technology.

Like po said, linking the carbon chains together from the air? wow.

Both jet fuel (JP6/ JP7) are nothing more than extremely high grade kerosine. Which is basically diesel fuel😱. Are you kidding me? Clean fuel for those 18-wheeled monsters we all see spilling noxious fumes everywhere they go? And farm equipment? And diesel driven trains with equal power to pull multi tons of rock, etc while producing 10% of the trash they were producing?

And being able to crossover with present fuels. That's the kicker.

I think 99% of conservatives and the most ardent ecosupporters can agree THIS is cool! (the other 1% are those that you can't get to agree on anything, so...)
