Every-as po'd say, EFFIN-one. Only to investigate, of course. Comer gives a brief overview of the evidence that the GOPs...don't...have. Baha baha baha, haha ha.

Times awastin', HtS! The House Republicans better get on the stick and produce some tangible evidence that will grab some public attention. So far it's been series of duds and unfulfilled promises of inculpatory evidence. Where's the showmanship? James Comer shouldn't be the star of your show. (See, I'm trying to help you guys)

Two years ago, at the same time in the Democrats' congressional term, the January 6th committee was well underway. On July 27, 2021 they already held their first televised hearing, which was professionally and compellingly produced. That was the one in which four Capitol police officers testified. Even FOX News broadcast it.

The DOJ was already investigating January 6th. By March 11, 2021, when Merrick Garland was sworn in as U.S. Attorney General, investigators had identified 885 likely suspects and charged 278 rioters.

Soon the House GOP will be running up against that next hit series: The Many Trials of Donald Trump.

    PUBLIC attention? Why?

Honestly, did you watch the video? Comer is in a bit of a hurry, to my mind. I continue to believe that this inquiry thing'll finish up late this year so that the serious Impeachment stuff in the House can happen in the spring, when the first Trump trials are happnin.

And, you know how quickly Impeachments can go. The Dems got Trump impeached in no time after J6.

Just be patient. Kevin McCarthy has the whole thing well in hand.

Yeah, I watched the video. Dubious claims and dubious theories. Good luck in selling that Viktor Shokin claim beyond the low-information MAGA cult. Again, that did not happen during Biden’s presidential administration.

    Baha!

Yeah, I watched the video. Dubious claims and dubious theories. Good luck in selling that Viktor Shokin claim beyond the low-information MAGA cult. Again, that did not happen during Biden’s presidential administration.

T'only people who need to be sold are the members of the House Republican Conference all of whom, according to Comer, are convinced of the need for an Impeachment Inquiry.

pb's still only a bit more than 50% that "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" will be impeached. But, he's gunna enjoy the, as po'd say, EFFINjourney. Baha.

    Excellent point Curt.

Hts still doesn't get it. Again, I repeat, the republican party is going after Biden to deflect attention away from their party leader's voluminous crimes and to spur fundraising. To interpret it any other way is naive.

So the real question... What is Biden up to when he's not shaking down Ukrainian energy titans and US weapon manufacturers? Is he accomplishing anything other than shorting us $600 he promised before he was elected and letting Roe get overturned?

Hts still doesn't get it. Again, I repeat, the republican party is going after Biden to deflect attention away from their party leader's voluminous crimes and to spur fundraising. To interpret it any other way is naive.

    Huh.

    pb's been sayin ALL ALONG...

    ...AAAAAAAAAAALL ALONG...

...that Kevin McCarthy is slow walking this Biden Impeachment drama and trickle truthin what they have on "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" so that it reaches its crescendo in 024 during election season.

So, splain: What is it that pb still doesn't get?

  9. by HatetheSwamp on August 31, 2023 3:32 am

    Gang,

Obviously, the HouseGOPs have orchestrated a ramp up of the Biden Impeachment brouhaha.

Later that same day on Hannity. And, NEWSFLASH! As pb's been promising, Tony Bobulinski is on deck.

    "Consensus in our Conference..."

This is gunna be a blast!
