Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil slammed Matty Healy’s conduct late Friday at the start of the Good Vibes Festival as “very rude.”

(Matty) Healey used profanity in his speech criticizing the government’s stance against homosexuality, before kissing bass player Ross MacDonald. Footage of the incident was posted on social media and sparked a backlash in the predominantly Muslim nation.

This is a bit of a blast from the past for ol pb...and Donna.

Months back, Donna made a comment to someone...perhaps isle?, dunno...that LGBTQs are being more widely accepted and mainstreamed across the entire world. pb disagreed and argued that it's only in the US, Canada and (mostly northern) Europe that homophilia is dominating.

It was shortly after that that Donna pointed out the appearance of hundreds of "fascistic and disgusting" bills being considered by US state legislatures that are anti-trans. [They ain't anti-trans. They're pro mommy and daddy.] Many of them are now law.

Beating a dead horse, the woke agenda had a good run. But, even in the US, Bud Light goes unconsumed, Target stores are empty and Jason Aldean tops the charts. Baha baha.

In the story reported by THE HILL, it's not only the gay smooch. But, those of you who are woke, please splain the obnoxious behavior.

I always unleash a string of expletives before I smooch my wife in public. Don't we all?

Anyway, the mainstreaming of LGBTQs ain't flying in almost all of the world. And, the woke agenda is losing ground here as well.

My point to the Muslim country is that wokesters in their soul believe the US is the worst country in the world. We're not near as bad as most I lived in. The separation between rich and poor in the Middle East and Asia (minus maybe Japan) is very striking. Almost alarming. Central America is the same. Those that have NO expectation of privacy in their own homes. That can't eat for days. That have their children taken, sometimes by the government. Those that sell their children so the rest of the family can eat (usually girls, because they're not worth anything in the culture). If a person comes out at gay, they're killed. Generations that haven't known peace in their country. And you and I are people that have the ability to look at both sides. That's different than many. Yes, we see things very differently, and yet we can actually hold a conversation. It's the conversation that links others with us even though we may disagree with everything each other says. Which is not the case with us. I think we are very clear about things we DO agree on, and things we don't. I think we "forgive" each other (as you have to do with me sometimes) for putting things a tad "snippy." and that helps pull me down. You're good at that. And thanks. I'm used to writing very plainly, and I try to temper that (most times). It comes off as "almost" insulting, unless I mean it to be. So for you. If you're insulted, let me know.
