    You've been posting for a long time that credible evidence against Biden is coming soon and that Biden is toast. But it never seems to arrive.

    What are the damning allegations that you believe might be at least half true this time?

    Curt,

    I don't know about "coming soon." A few months ago, House GOPs held a news conference describing the evidence they'd accumulated at the time. Problem is. Rachel didn't mention it. But, they did.

    Still, pb's been saying all along that he expects the GOPs to hold committee hearings in the fall and pursue Articles of Impeachment in early 024, before the primary election season takes off.

    I notice that you seem to think if House Republicans or some right wing publication or website simply SAYS they have evidence against Joe Biden you consider that as good as actually presenting evidence. So this Israeli guy, Gal Luft, is a fugitive arms dealer. Apparently he won't be showing up to testify under oath anytime soon.

    There is evidence. You saw that Bret Bair video with the whistle-blower who claims, and the GOPs claim, has provided documentation for his claims. Show us Dems on those House Committees denying any of that.

    Listen buddy. Everyone in the progressive SwampMedia admits by now that Hunter's laptop is the real deal. Have you yet?

    By all means, live in denial. Heck. Maybe the laptop really is Russian disinformation after all. Baha. And, the IRS whistle-blower hasn't provided documentation.

    That's just what I am talking about. You can't even list something that sounds like a crime.

    Hunter Biden's laptop is real. So is my laptop. I know it's a Pavlovian bell like saying "Drag Queen Story Hour" or "Hillary's email" to get the rightwing drooling. But simply saying "Hunter Biden's laptop" is not evidence of a crime by Joe Biden. It apparently wasn't even evidence of any crime by Hunter Biden. He plead guilty to a misdemeanor tax violation and felony gun crime but the evidence didn't come from his laptop.

    I listened to Mr. Shapley on the Bret Baier piece. His Whatsapp claim and his other claims have been debunked or deemed insufficient. The Trump-appointed prosecutor of Hunter and DOJ wasn't impressed with what Shapley had to say. I believe the DOJ's book has been closed on Hunter Biden. Got anything else?

    Collusion is not a crime. See first link. Nor is there any evidence of what you think is collusion. No evidence Joe Biden leaked classified information. But there is evidence that Trump did. What you think is quid pro quo is really capitalizing on a famous name (the Trump family’s business model). The accusation of Joe Biden intimidating witnesses is laughable. Who has been intimidated?

    Trump HAS been charged with federal felonies. And he’s facing more. Grand juries have decided that there is enough evidence that Trump should be hauled into the criminal court(s).

    He'll sound like the uberMAGAs during the trumpster impeachments. He'll throw on his jackboots and brown uniform and listen for his next orders (which he'll happily fulfill to the 'ninth degree.     So, curt- To borrow one of your phrases, because you told me that witnesses that had not been sworn in were still the most viable information we had against trumpster. I'm using the EXACT level of proof you used against trumpster. I won't mention him again, because we're not talking about him.

    Congress is investigating the collusion of witness intimidation. That is a felony. When a witness comes forward (especially from hiding) and says his life was threatened, that's witness intimidation. Where did that order come from? Were these rogue agents from some unnamed three letter agency (like FBI)?

    The witness said he knew of/ witnessed classified information given to a hostile foreign government. I agree, that may not be "leaked" they may have been sold, which is treason, something we have punished by death in the past.

    He also mentioned the chinese wanted the Biden family name and was willing to pay the pedofamily for that right. That IS quid pro quo. Like having sex with your secretary or office boy and promising them a raise or better job.
