    Lame!

    So there was only 102 classified documents. Let's talk about hypocrisy! How often did we hear from Trump and others (probably Greg Kelly too) moan about Hillary's 30,000 emails as if they were all or mostly classified?

    Anyway, the photo shows that boxes which contain some classified documents. The point is that the boxes were stored on the stage in a ballroom at Trump's Mar-a-Lago. Suffice to say, it "was not an authorized location for the storage, possession, review, display, or discussion of classified documents"

    Incidentally, some of the photos were by Trump's own staff. Walt Nauta took the photo of the boxes dumped and spilled over which showed a classified document.

    Trump lost his attorney client privilege...it's called the crime-fraud exception.

    Welcome to legaltalk: So prove those photo shows that boxes which contain some classified documents. That's number 1...

    Prove that in court. If you don't have that. please s'plain how you can make such an outrageous accusation.

    You two knuckleheads have a reading comprehension problem and a math problem.

    Besides you, I’ve not heard anybody think that the 102 classified documents cited in the indictment filled all the boxes we have seen in the Mar-a-Lago photos. As stated in the indictment and elsewhere much that Phil sauce boxes were non-classified, including newspaper, clippings, and other paraphernalia.

    And at least one of the photos of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, the words were blurred out by the DOJ, so they could be shown on the PBS (not npr) website which I like to and elsewhere.

    I think Greg Kelly's take on those boxes is legit. And, I suspect that you may be becoming aware that you were bamboozled by the indictment. I think you are realizing now that convicting Trump of violations of the Espionage Act may just not be the slam dunk that you originally thought it was.

    And, it's not...

    ...going to be a slam dunk.
