And it's as I said all along. Every time Brett Kavanaugh belches you progressives think a thunderstorm is on the horizon.

The challenge to Roe is the Mississippi case that is already on the docket. pb's giving that law virtually no shot of being upheld. So all of you Swampcult Blue MAGA progressives csn take a breath.

The sky ain't falling.

Ahh yes! Those Trumpster Republicans will just continue to do just about anything they can to destroy the legitimacy of what was once the Republican Party !!

Globe- A particularly chilling aspect of the Texas law empowers any civilian anywhere to sue Texans who aid in an abortion and to collect a bounty of at least $10,000 if they win in court...To respond to the ban’s violation, Attorney General Merrick Garland should treat bounty hunting under SB-8 as a criminal deprivation of civil rights, leading to possible federal prosecutions under two sections of the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. That law was passed to protect the civil rights of previously enslaved Americans who were targeted for extrajudicial violence by white supremacist vigilantes.. a Massachusetts case established the precedent... Boston Globe

    isle,

I've predicted that the law will not pass muster.

But, I'm sure you know that GOPs have been putting together abortion law schemes since looooooong before Trump even was a GOP.

Your obsession with Trump is shared by millions of TDSers. And, it is deranged. I think you know that.

No, I don't "know that". What I do think though is that, for good reason, you are embarrassed at having voted for him thereby making you one of his enablers (even though you add disclaimers claiming you despise him) and you probably wish we would stop saying anything about him because such reminders only add to your discomfort even though it's you yourself who unwittingly brings his name up so often in your topics such as: NEWSWEEK: Donald Trump Beats Joe Biden in 2024 Election Poll" LoL !!

    isle,

I will never, ever regret voting against the "feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" who is "doolally"...no matter who I had to vote for.

Wow !! You really are filled with and driven by hate. You certainly chose a fitting name for yourself. No wonder you try so hard to project your hatred onto us!
