First, although I don't know what the "documents" are. Nonwithstanding, big friggin mistake and I can't disagree with the end result. Dude, you insisted your people followed the rules. Just because you're "you," doesn't make it ok.
That's what I was thinking. pedojoe and cliton. Jury's still out of the trumpster. I heard his lawyers are using the same defense as cliton (he/they) about about a dozen years ago. I guess it worked for cliton, so we'll see. But be ready for the sheep whining and biatching about how "different" it is, which it isn't.
All I'm asking for is the basic tenant of American Justice. "Equal Justice under the law" is applied to conservatives as they are with sheeple. It seems the dims are still stringing up "darkies" (conservatives) on the nearest tree because they were holding hands with a white woman.

The 10-year-old court ruling, issued by U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, rejected arguments by a conservative watchdog group that sought access to dozens of tapes recorded by Mr. Clinton and historian Taylor Branch during his administration.
Judge Jackson ruled that the tapes belonged to Mr. Clinton, even though the discussions included a broad range of presidential matters. The court ruled that the National Archives and Records Administration had no power to “seize control of them” because Mr. Clinton had used his authority under the Presidential Records Act to declare the recordings part of his personal records.
Of course, there's a goose/gander things that didn't apply during cliton's whitehouse.

That’s an interesting thought. That helps to explain why Donald Trump is making self-incriminating statements. He wants the win of being indicted. Maybe he’ll produce a video tape of him selling classified documents to the Saudis or Russia.
