In the moments after Joe's speech, I saw Senators from both parties wish that our President would use all the money Congress made available for Ukraine, nearly $14,000,000,000.
I'm inclined to say that the Roaring Bear from Delaware is impotent and feckless.
But, this is so obvious that I'm hoping that there's something I don't know.
