This is a tough one.
The Court will be setting a precedent that will impact the balance between the power of federal and state governments.
This really is not about the moronic mandate policies foisted on America by "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap." It's about whether or not the Executive Branch has the authority to do what the Flatulent Fool tried to do.
I still don't have a read on this Court and states' rights.
As much as I oppose the Big Brother tactics of this President, even as a libertarian, I understand that the power of the central government can be an asset, when applied with wisdom and understanding.
