You can't say that Senator Joe Manchin doesn't know his West Virginia constituents! Essentially he agrees with Bette Midler who called West Virginia illiterate and strung out.

    My favorite Bible story is probably the one where Jesus has a fish and a loaf and he doesn't share them with the multitudes because they would just trade them for drugs.
