..unless you are against laws that:
* Mandate that restaurant employees wash their hands after using the bathroom
* Prohibit smoking in restaurants, airliners, etc.
* Mandate that restaurants maintain sanitary conditions and not violate health codes.
* Prohibit drunk driving on public thoroughfares.
The laws alluded to above are about protecting the public. Nobody cares if a short order cook doesn't wash up after using his own toilet in the privacy of his own home. He can be sloppy in his own kitchen. He can smoke like a chimney while preparing and eating his own home-cooked meal. He can even drunkenly drive back and forth in his own driveway or spin donuts in his own backyard. All that is legal as long as he not endangering or bothering anybody else.
It's a simple concept, these rights and restrictions. I have the right to swing my arms wildly. But that right doesn't include swinging my arms to slap or punch you in the face.
If the unvaccinated could keep their infectious disease within their own homes, nobody would be talking about vaccine requirements. It's that some people want to be both unvaccinated and congregate in public where they can spread Covid.
