It's a great way for someone to vent their hatred. Think wrongagain and concha who both will never think positively towards anyone or anything that disagrees with them. That's VERY applicable for all four of them. So does killing people that disagree with them. It's also okay to lie to non muslims and your enemies, something the left hasn't understood yet. These are by and far Protestant movements as far as I know. Before, you didn't hear of folks having texts and guidance about reading the bible. That was pretty much left for Seminary. Now, you can get from novice to very advanced guides in reading the bible. And Bibles to go with the study books. These groups won't show in any poll. So I don't think there is a decrease in "Christians." You're expected to be at least working on reading and understanding the entire bible. I'm on my first run at it. My wife is on her third year. Our son in on his 5th? year of studying. And everyone should be able to talk fluently about what each book is, what it's about, and why it's there, along with specific lessons are. Although I'm sure Lead knows this with his background. I'm still learning the differences between pneumatology, soteriology, and eschatology. You can tell what a novice I am with it. So it's been a true study to snag the basics of the learning.
