That all depends. In Florida, I can legally shoot all of them because the state laws in FL do not claim the victim doesn't change. It is still you, the woman being raped.
In Denver, Seattle, Portland, NYC, the CHI, etc. And we have the same scenario. If I shoot the guy with the blade to your throat, asshole is now the victim. Thusly. I don't carry in any of those cities. I'm not going to jail for saving someone's life. THAT'S the difference between the states. The victim gets raped and they make sure no one will assist the victim. Your choice. Remember these are societal norms within a community. Some are states, some are cities. You wonder why good people with a hint of valuing other human beings are leaving libturd areas by the millions? It's because the system is not keeping individuals' protection of "security" according to Maslow. This is a primary need for all animals, not just humans. People flock to areas where they feel safer, not where their family isn't going to be raped and murdered according to the governments that serve them.
