When will the Hague prosecute Trump, Hegseth and any other war criminals in the Trump administration?

Even accepting the Trump administration’s claim that there is an armed conflict with suspected drug runners, the laws of war bar “perfidy.”

The Pentagon used a secret aircraft painted to look like a civilian plane in its first attack on a boat that the Trump administration said was smuggling drugs, killing 11 people last September, according to officials briefed on the matter. The aircraft also carried its munitions inside the fuselage, rather than visibly under its wings, they said.

The nonmilitary appearance is significant, according to legal specialists, because the administration has argued its lethal boat attacks are lawful — not murders — because President Trump “determined” the United States is in an armed conflict with drug cartels.

But the laws of armed conflict prohibit combatants from feigning civilian status to fool adversaries into dropping their guard, then attacking and killing them. That is a war crime called “perfidy.”

So. You're claiming that the "aircraft" that was "painted to look like a civilian aircraft." A couple of things here. There are no pictures of the aircraft in any of your "sources." And I'm sorry, but it's a issue that I'm sure you would ask me.

Also. What kind of aircraft? An A10? A C130? An F18? Because it obviously had 30mm guns on it if those were correct video from the same attack.

Thirdly. You can't see the painting of an attack aircraft from the boat that's being attacked until it's past you. Trust me. So how are they getting the information?

Also, the NYT article was the EXACT SAME article, just cited twice. Plaaasse! Don't make a bigger fool of yourself than you already did.

Just for shits and giggles, let's say it's an A10 warthog that fired on it. The "boat" wasn't hit by rockets or bombs. Those are definitely 30mm Vulcan shots. So mark me extremely skeptical of the story. There's no "fact" in any of the stories. No colour patterns, no identifiers, no aircraft type (rotary or fixed wing), and where it flew from. And all countries have aircraft that are "off colour," meaning that for us, their either gray, and/or shades of blue, which the human eye has trouble seeing in sunset, early sunrise, and night. Their stars are generally in black.

All these questions.... and you (well, your citations) couldn't provide one answer.

"What kind of aircraft? An A10?" -olde dude

Yeah, od. It was painted to look like a harmless civilian A-10.

  3. by oldedude on January 13, 2026 9:47 am
I know you can't understand "jesting," but according to the "article" it could have been. There were no pictures, no description, anything like that.

Although there may be an answer for those who understand aircraft and their markings.

    The HU-25 Guardian[Image]
    HC144a Ocean Century[1]
    P C3 Orian [2]
    RC-135V/W Rivet Joint[3]

SO. NONE of these aircraft have any capability to have guns, rockets, or missiles on them. They are STRICTLY surveillance. And to answer the next question. No, you can't retrofit any attack features to them. These are loaded with surveillance and communications equipment.

There are also several large drones that are surveillance aircraft. The HU-25 and the HC 144a are Coast Guard aircraft. Also strictly surveillance.

Anything on the "135" frame comes from the Boeing Company's model 367-80. Which looks like a bunch of other passenger aircraft. It's a workhorse that in different versions, is a refueler, cargo, passenger aircraft used for the last 60 years. The Navy/ Coasties all use the white colouring to designate the aircraft as a surveillance model.

Especially when the stories are this stupid, like the people that believe them.

  6. by Indy! on January 15, 2026 3:11 pm

So you have a certain level of stupidity where actual news crosses the line from believable and indictable to just plain stupid but still believable and indictable?

  7. by oldedude on January 15, 2026 7:24 pm
Not really. I just look at the lefturd news and it's stupid and not believable to me, but you and curt fall for it every time🤣.

Living near a coast with a bunch of Coasties around, I figured you knew what those aircraft looked like, I mean since you're a professional deep semen you claim to be.

  8. by Indy! on January 15, 2026 8:39 pm

I don't live near the coast of Venezuela, Odie. 🙂

  9. by oldedude on January 16, 2026 12:18 pm
No, you live near mihammi! They have a complete Coast Guard group there (Means there's a lot of Coast Guard aircraft there, along with oats.

And again, I figured as much as you went out to sportkill ocean creatures that you'd understand how many there are.

  10. by Indy! on January 16, 2026 1:12 pm

Now I'm "sport killing ocean creatures"? Last time I went fishing Jimmy Carter was president. 😂

  11. by oldedude on January 16, 2026 5:59 pm
Interesting. When you mentioned it, you made it clear that you were an avid deep sea fisher"man" bringing large fish all the time. or was that "just another LIE. Oh, and you said you were a sport fisher"man". So you're a sport killer to lessor things on the food chain. I don't hunt anymore. And "especially" my sons use every part of the animal the harvest. You harvest and release your "trophy" and don't harvest a fucking thing. Ergo, you're a fucking sport killer.

Ummm... no. That's just another thing you made up one day when you got your meds wrong (which is basically every day). I don't hunt or fish. That doesn't mean I never did. I get my meat and my fish at the grocery store, Señorita.

Always fun to watch OD move through the stages of Defend The Trump Admin No Matter What Syndrome. He's currently in Stage 1 - No They Didn't. Later, when it's shown that the NYT report is accurate, he'll move through the other stages, such as Even If It's Illegal, Many Others Have Done It, and eventually winding up on You're Just A Trump-Hating Liberal.

  14. by oldedude on January 17, 2026 4:38 pm
Actually, everything I said was correct. since you were never in the "Navy" I'll school you. I was correct there were no attack aircraft that were painted to look like a civilian aircraft (so you're wrong on #1).

Later, when it's shown that the NYT report is accurate, he'll move through the other stages, such as Even If It's Illegal, Many Others Have Done It, and eventually winding up on You're Just A Trump-Hating Liberal.

The Coast Guard has used this paint pattern for a very long time. NOTHING WAS CHANGED. The NYT was still wrong. They are Coast Guard aircraft, with Coast Guard pattern. NOT CIVILIAN AIRCRAFT you dumbass. You can't even under the simplest things. So when you were in Appalacha, were you looking for "smart" "people" in your family? Betcha didn't find any🤣🤣🤣🤣.

  15. by Navy2711 on January 17, 2026 8:19 pm

    Section 8,

Were you trying to say "Appalachia"? If so, it sounds like you're insulting the intelligence of the wholesome, god-fearing people of Appalachia. Tsk tsk. Just because they can't read the symbol on a restroom door without moving their lips is no reason to insult them. When HtS gets done buggering his brother (his words, not mine) and has his pastor read this to him, he's likely to be offended.

  16. by Navy2711 on January 17, 2026 8:22 pm

Oh, and OD? Second time I'm telling you: The United States Navy is a real thing that actually exists. Regardless of whether you think I was enlisted in it ... it is out there. It exists in our universe. You don't have to put it in quotation marks. 🤣🤣

  17. by oldedude on January 17, 2026 10:00 pm
Something you'll never admit to, You've demanded all sorts of shit from me, and then get "offended" when I ask you for easy stuff that no one that had actually been in "the""navy" wouldn't think twice about answering. You're a fucking poser. End of story.

  18. by Navy2711 on January 18, 2026 10:27 am

OD, honest question: Do you even understand what I said to you in post #16? If you do, rephrase it in your own words.

  19. by oldedude on January 18, 2026 12:07 pm
DIkead. I understand the US Navy is a real thing. You're still extremely about my questions that have been something I routinely ask any true veteran. You avoid the fucking subject, while asking me all sorts of questions you won't answer. You're lying by defense and omission. AND I answered you and called it like I see it. You're nothing more that a fucking fraud and poser.

  20. by Navy2711 on January 18, 2026 12:17 pm

    Okay, good. We're making progress.

Next: Do you understand that when you put the word "Navy" in quotes, you're signaling skepticism about the Navy itself? What you're TRYING to do is imply skepticism about MY CLAIMS OF ENLISTMENT in the Navy. Your punctuation should reflect that.

Figure it out and get back to me.

  21. by oldedude on January 18, 2026 12:28 pm
I don't questions the Navy at all. I worked with them many times. I fully trust them/

What I am doing when I put your "navy" is to question that you were ever in any military, much less the navy. Maybe in your shallow, illiterate mind, but not in the same branch that I'm thinking of. You're nothing but a poser (farsante). You get pissed off at the strangest things. Much like this. I thought is was pretty well taken that being a poser and a fraud was all I've ever though of you as. You know, walk like a fucking duck, quacks, has webbed feet. You're a fucking duck! 'nuf said, farsante.

  22. by Navy2711 on January 18, 2026 1:42 pm

"What I am doing when I put your "navy" is to question that you were ever in any military, much less the navy"

No, that's definitely not how quotation marks work in that context, OD. The thing that you put in quotation marks is the thing that the reader assumes to be in question. So when you put ONLY the word "Navy" in quotation marks, it looks like you're questioning the Navy itself.

If you want to question my claims of enlistment, then put ALL of that in quotes. Make it CLEAR to the reader what you are questioning. Something like:

... during those years when you were "enlisted in the Navy."

THAT would imply that you are assuming that I did something ELSE, something OTHER than being enlisted in the Navy, during those years.

    Get it now?

  23. by oldedude on January 18, 2026 5:50 pm
You remember subject verb adverb, etc?

According to how I phrase, YOU are the fucking subject. "Navy" is what YOU are not doing.

ahhhh fuckit. As what I have said thrice in this thread... YOU were never in the navy your stupid bitch. Ever. Otherwise we could have had a cordial conversation. You're not. You're hiding everything. End of the fucking conversation. No one else want to hear your whining and bitching about nothing.
