I didn't read Navy's last paragraph before my previous post. Navy said:
"I think the pulling of the gun before her forward motion will be his downfall, and rightfully so. I think he was thinking, "If she drives forward, I'm gonna shoot**," and I think a jury will see it that way too."
Bingo. That's what I've been saying. It's very obvious that she wasn't trying to run him over. She had her wheels turned all the way to the right, away from that cop. If she wanted to run him over, she would have driven straight at him.
So I apologize to Navy.
