New surveillance video shows moments before fatal ICE shooting

In this video, you can see how the shooter was walking in front of the car as it was backing up to leave. He walks towards the right of the car and then stops right in front of the right side. Then the instant that the car starts to move forward, away from him to the right, he's drawing his weapon and murders Renee Good.

Watch this. It's absolutely clear and undeniable that he was never in any danger or potential danger from her car at all whatsoever.
