Or, and believe me, I've witnessed this in real life. People with dementia lose touch with the boundaries that allow people to engage in socially acceptable behavior. This is classic dementia behavior. The American press would never report on "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" farting but, if it had been Trump, the report would have headlined 60 MINUTES. I'm just balancing the reporting.
