"That feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap" wants to be a fascist dictator but this country still has a Bill of Rights who purpose is to limit government intrusion into the lives of citizens.

My guess is that this weak Supreme Court will bow in obeisance to Der Fuhrer, but we'll see.

"The judges wrote that there was “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate,” staying the order while the court assesses it in more depth."

So if the vax mandate is shot down, are EEOC laws going to be next?

  3. by HatetheSwamp on November 7, 2021 8:26 am

    Huh

Look it up if you don't understand.

  5. by HatetheSwamp on November 7, 2021 8:36 am

I understand what it stands for. I don't get your point.

What's the connection with the EEOC?

  6. by Donna on November 7, 2021 8:43 am
    *rolling eyes*

The EEOC laws are federal laws that all businesses owners with at least 15 employees are required to adhere to. If the vax mandate is struck down, then the EEOC laws might be fair game too, right?

Also why is the judge being so coy? If there are "grave statutory and constitutional issues" why doesn't he say what they are? He could simply list one or two amendments and/or existing laws that he thinks the vaccine mandate violates.

    Curt,

The order merely froze the order, it didn't overturn it.

    Donna,

C'mon man. Gimme a break! The judge didn't effin dismantle OSHA. The ruling froze one particular OSHA practice.

Don't tell me that you think a practice of the EEOC that abuses the Constitution should not be challenged!!!!!?

If from the other half of your family that I expect to hear the warning that the sky is falling.

    Donna,

You didn't accuse them of being woke. You accused them of being uninformed...as sanctimones do:

"I doubt if any of those parents know how to spell CRT much less know what it is."

    po,

Are you hijacking Donna's good name again!!!!!?
