Ole pb has noted several times over the years that he's a geezer with tons of time on his hands. One of his primary avocations is reading... mostly popular fiction.
David Baldacci is hugely popular. He's not, however, among pb's top-tier faves. Ole pb's take is that the first third of a Baldacci is compelling and then the stories fizzle.
Anyway,...
