None of the units you listed are Tier One. So in what way are/were you Tier One?

First: ALL PJs are taught in special operations roles. EVERYONE is HALO and HAHA operations, along with low level jumps (under 1200'), ALL PJs pass the survival course (the operator course, under the same guidelines of the CCTs, PJs, SEALs, et al), we are medically trained during the yearlong+ course, and of course, rescue includes hostage rescue. We can operate with other units or be inserted into a unit taking casualties to assist their medics. Like the Navy medics that attach themselves to Marine units (who aren't "Operators" unless they went through BUDS+), we routinely put in IV lines, and initiate 9 Line orders in the field and enroute to hospitals.
