The "House of Saud" has been around since the Balfour "agreement" and before. Are they a "partner" in the world? Only when it suits them. Having lived there, I don't care for the government, and I'm an American. It's basically "socialism" on steroids. Everything is owned by the royalty. All "officers" in the military are part of the "family" much like the "british" were until recently.
The other thing is the same thing your wife and I spoke about a couple of weeks ago regarding SNAP which I supported you on and still believe in it. I haven't seen any issue that you have or haven't gotten paid for it as you were supposed to have done, so I don't have an idea that things have changed or not.
