Yes

Yes, Alan Dershowitz was mentioned in the Epstein files. He is referenced in 153 documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, and he was part of the legal team that negotiated Epstein’s 2007 non-prosecution agreement in Florida.

Okay. That's fine. If he was the lawyer for Epstein when he helped get Epstein that disgusting but killer deal he got in that bullshit blowoff of a trial in 2007, it's entirely likely that there would be emails between them. I recognize this as a given.

(BTW, It's not too difficult to defend a criminal when the prosecutor is on his side too).

That said,

AI, did Alan Dershowitz get massages at Epstein's home?

Alan Dershowitz did get a massage at Jeffrey Epstein's home, but he claims it was from an adult [possible lie] woman named Olga [possibly true]. He stated that he kept his underwear on during the massage [possible lie] and expressed that he did not see any underage girls present at the time possibly true. Dershowitz has defended his actions, claiming that the massage was a normal part of his life [whatever] and that he had no knowledge of any illegal activities occurring at the residence [incredibly likely lie].

Mmmm hmmm. Right. Yeah. Okay. Sure.

Alan Dershowitz grilled on massages at Jeffrey Epstein’s house

In late August, law professor Alan Dershowitz appeared on HillTV’s “Rising” to promote his new book, “The Price of Principle: Why Integrity Is Worth the Consequences.” But Dershowitz grew angry and defensive when HillTV interviewers Ryan Grim, Emily Jashinsky, and Robby Soave asked him about his connection to Jeffrey Epstein, the wealthy financier who was facing federal sex trafficking charges involving minors when he was found dead in his cell on August 10, 2019.

HillTV noted that December 2000 travel records found on Epstein’s plane mentioned a “massage” that was scheduled for “AD.” Dershowitz told HillTV, “That was in my wife’s calendar. My wife scheduled a massage.”

Sounding increasingly angry, Dershowitz continued, “If you think my wife scheduled a massage with an under-age sex slave, then you’ll believe anything.”

When an interviewer started to calmly speak, Dershowitz angrily told him, “Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me finish. I was a visiting scholar at NYU. My wife had a professional masseuse. We have checks, canceled checks proving that the massage occurred, when it occurred, who it occurred with. And I’ve had very, very few massages in my life — one at Jeffrey Epstein’s house by a middle-aged woman who gave me a shoulder and neck massage, which I hated. I called up my wife and complained about it immediately.”

Mmmm hmmm. Right. Yeah. Okay. Sure.

pedophile's bitch will now explain to us how it is absolutely impossible for Dershowitz (who defended OJ Simpson by the way) to ever lie about anything at all. Even about his possible sexual relations with underaged girls at the abode of the CEO of the biggest pedophile ring in the country if not the world.

Now I am not here declaring that committing felonies is what Dershowitz did. All I am saying is that it is entirely possible and maybe even likely that he did and has now likely pulled out all the stops to keep it from ever being known, honesty be damned. And nothing I hear, especially from him, does anything but increase the likelihood to me that he engaged in some sort of illegal activity, to which Epstein may have had him by the balls about. So to speak.

Holy crap, gang! If you didn't already read the whole OP, before you take it seriously, understand that all the hyper-biased editorializing in the post comes from salon.com which is as objective here as the Quran is fair-minded about Jews.

Salonb is, obviously, holy writ to po. But, among people who seek truth? Nuh uh... by a looooooooong shot.

"pedophile's bitch will now explain to us how it is absolutely impossible for Dershowitz (who defended OJ Simpson by the way) to ever lie about anything at all."

Nuh uh... by a looooooooong shot. But, consider the source. And, remember that all of us bring our preferences and prejudices to every moment of our lives, and, po wallows in them.

Gee. I wonder who the prosecutor was for the State of Florida in that trial in the early 2000's...?

Rene Alexander Acosta (born January 16, 1969) is an American attorney and politician.

A member of the Republican Party, he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the National Labor Relations Board, and later served as the assistant attorney general for civil rights and the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida. He is a former dean of Florida International University College of Law.

In 2005, police in Palm Beach, Florida, began investigating Jeffrey Epstein after a parent reported that he had sexually abused her 14-year-old daughter. In 2008, Acosta approved a controversial plea deal granting immunity from all federal criminal charges to Epstein. [😲!!!]

As part of the plea deal, Jeffrey Epstein served 13 months in a minimum-security county jail [for raping a 14-year-old girl]. He was also allowed to leave the facility several hours a day [because all he did was rape a 14-year-old girl].

From 2017 to 2019, Alexander Acosta served as the 27th United States secretary of labor. President Donald Trump nominated Acosta [his kind of prosecutor!] to be Labor Secretary on February 16, 2017, and he was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on April 27, 2017.

After Epstein's arrest in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges, Acosta faced intense criticism for his role in the 2008 non-prosecution agreement. He resigned from the Trump administration on July 19 and was replaced by Eugene Scalia.

Since March of 2025, Acosta has been a member of the board of directors of Newsmax and serves as its Audit Committee chair.

    Say, AI...

Was the salon.com article titled "Alan Dershowitz grilled on massages at Jeffrey Epstein’s house" accurate?

The Salon.com article accurately reports that Alan Dershowitz was questioned about massages he received at Jeffrey Epstein’s house and provides a factual summary of his responses during the interview.

The Salon.com article titled "Alan Dershowitz grilled on massages at Jeffrey Epstein’s house" accurately reflects the content and tone of the HillTV interview with Alan Dershowitz. In the interview, Dershowitz confirmed receiving a massage at Epstein's residence but insisted it was arranged by his wife and conducted by a professional adult masseuse. He grew defensive and emphasized his innocence, stating he had no knowledge of any illegal activity connected to the massage appointment. Dershowitz also mentioned having evidence such as canceled checks to support the claim the massage was legitimate and not linked to any misconduct.

Multiple sources, including The Hill and RawStory, corroborate that Dershowitz explained he disliked the massage, called his wife to complain immediately afterward, and emphasized that the massage was not improper. He repeatedly demanded a chance to fully explain his side during the questioning, which the article reflected faithfully.

While the article covers Dershowitz’s defensive responses and his insistence on innocence, it does not make affirmations beyond what was publicly stated by Dershowitz, maintaining journalistic accuracy. The coverage remains factual and consistent with other reputable reports on the interview.

It is important to note, however, that the broader context of Dershowitz’s relationships with Epstein and allegations against him is complex and has involved legal disputes. The Salon.com article focuses specifically on the massage-related questioning, accurately summarizing that aspect without venturing into unverified claims.

In conclusion, the Salon.com article is accurate in its portrayal of Dershowitz’s interview and statements regarding the massages he received at Epstein’s house, faithfully representing the information he provided during the public media appearance.

    po,

You've been pointing out at least since your The ONE was sitting in the Oval Office that pb is stoopid. So, he'p me out.

    What's the import of this?

  5. by HatetheSwamp on November 22, 2025 8:25 am

    po,

I dunno if the article is accurate or not. That's far from pb's point. The issue is that Donna and you can't distinguish between news reporting and editorializing.

You two both still consider opinion with which you agree to be objective fact. It ain't.

    And, that's the problem.

  6. by Ponderer on November 22, 2025 8:57 am

Any journalistic/media organization that publishes a "quote" from someone has either represented the quote accurately or they have not. This is not difficult.

Legitimate, corroborating assurances that the quote was accurate is not enough for pedophile's bitch. Given such, it is still his opinion that he still doesn't know if the quote was accurate or not. His opinion utterly and always trumps any information that we present him with from any otherwise credible and respected source if it goes against his opinion. Not reasoned debate or countering with cogent arguments or links supporting any of what is only his opinion.

pedophile's bitch's opinion, in the final analysis, is all that counts to pedophile's bitch.

But oh my goodness... we are the ones who only deal in opinion here and don't know the difference between reporting and editorializing.

  7. by HatetheSwamp on November 22, 2025 9:55 am

    po,

pb doesn't know that the quotes are accurate or not. What he knows for certain is that the article presents an interpretation of fact, not fact for it's own sake.

Sadly, at your advanced age, you can't... won't... distinguish between objective fact and opinion that you agree with. You're a lost cause.

Y'ain't stoopid, but you a foolish.

  8. by Ponderer on November 22, 2025 11:01 am

"pb doesn't know that the quotes are accurate or not." -pedophile's bitch

    Right. I covered why.

And it's kind of funny because all he was quoted as saying was that he was innocent of any wrongdoing and was unaware of any wrongdoing by Epstein.

But if pedophile's bitch wants to leave the option open that he actually said the opposite of what he was quoted as saying, that he actually admitted to raping young girls at Epstein's sex dungeon, then fine. No skin off my nose. Sure, I guess those media site could have altered what Dershowitz said to protect him from what he actually said.

    I don't really think that you're stupid, pedophile's bitch.

I just think that you're an idiot.

Douchowitz gets a massage at the island hideout of the home of the guy he defended in a pedophilia case where Epstein was found guilty and he claims he had no knowledge of illegal activities going on there. And then he swears he got a massage from a 40-year-old woman named Olga for the incredibly gullible listening to his fairy tale (that would be you, Brown Shorts).

Then there is this - Douchowitz recommending the laws be changed so he can continue getting "massages" from "Olga" without fear of being arrested like his pal, Jeffrey...

    Say, AI...

Has Alan Dershowitz been to Epstein's Island?

    Yes
Yes, Alan Dershowitz admitted to visiting Jeffrey Epstein's island. He stated that he was there once with his wife and daughter during a family vacation, emphasizing that there were no young people present on the island at that time.

...And he kept his shorts on the whole time.

  11. by Ponderer on November 22, 2025 3:10 pm

What was pedophile's bitch's name for Dershowitz again...? What'd he call him all the time...?

  12. by Ponderer on November 22, 2025 3:13 pm

Indy!, where'd that clipping come from? Why do you think that the name is edited over like that? It just seems a little more than a tad iffy.

  13. by Indy! on November 22, 2025 9:52 pm

No it's real. I actually read it in the Miami Herald when he wrote it. That's why I always call him a known pedophile - because he is one. The yellow is just highlighting from somebody searching for Alan Dershowitz's name and then taking a screen shot of the page with it still highlighted. Do a search yourself for "Alan Dershowitz age of consent" or something like that and you'll get a ton of hits.

There was a cartoon in the New Yorker more than 30 years ago about Dershowitz's book. The scene is a bookstore checkout counter. An aggressive customer with a copy of "Chutzpah" says to the clerk, "I would like this book and I want you pay for it!"

    Gang,

pb's "name" for Dershowitz is "my Legal Goober #1." Yeeeeeeeeeeeeha!

And, that's just the point... and perfectly suggestive of the most compelling truth about our deranged SS friend po.

Dershowitz was Epstein's attorney. What an abhorrent truth for po, eh!!!!!?

DUE PROCESS. A CRITICAL CONCEPT. THE RIGHT OF EVERY CITIZEN IN OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC! And, po absolutely can't stand that.

po'd be the first SSer to join a lynch mob... and, Alan Dershowitz stands against that one aspect of American citizenship po finds most loathsome.

pb's Legal Goober #1 is an Old-school advocate who defends a client to the death... and beyond.

    ****

    And, and don't miss this!!!!!

Jeffrey Epstein? Alan Dershowitz? Both friggin JEWS!!!!! I think that it's abundantly clear by now: For po? The real American n!gg€rs,... the most reviled: Jews!

    Sad.

    Pathetic.

There is no amount of wrong that pedophile's bitch isn't willing to be about me with his hallucinatory accusations and baseless nonsense to keep from losing an argument.

"Dershowitz was Epstein's attorney. What an abhorrent truth for po, eh!!!!!?" -pedophile's bitch

I have never attacked or criticized Epstein's right to have an attorney. pedophile's bitch is literally a strawman factory.

    po,

    I'm convinced y'ain't that stoopid.

Your whole post is attacking the attorney with the integrity and courage to represent him. As always! Your problem is with our Constitutional Republic granting Bill of Rights rights to people you'd rather take care of with a metaphorical rope and your lynch mob.

Why don't you just move north of the border... with meagain... where's there's no Bill of Rights!!!!!?

    It'd fit you.
