Yes, for all of you that fiercely defended St Kilmer you'll be happy to know he has called a convicted migrant smuggler and another co-conspirator over 500 times in 2022 while running a human smuggling operation.

I also know that all of you supporting human slavery will talk "stuff" about how angelic he is, and he's just a victim of trumpster. That's all good, and the next time you see an anti- slavery poster in a restroom, you might want to take heed. 500 times in one year. My bet is that no one on this site calls their spouse 10 times per day, every day of the year.

And of note, the telephone number is associated with Hernandez-Reyes, an illegal migrant previously convicted of alien smuggling, and another co-conspirator.

“In this case, the Government will offer evidence that the defendant transported illegal aliens as part of a wide-ranging, long running criminal conspiracy designed to turn a profit,” prosecutors stated in court documents. “As the United States has previously described, the defendant committed other criminal acts during the course of this conspiracy.”

Despite being a suspected MS-13 gang member and alleged wife beater, dims went above and beyond in demanding Abrego Garcia be brought to the U.S., with a group of Democratic congressional lawmakers at the time flying down to El Salvador to demand his return. So trumpster returned the favor and started building the case from 2022.

A woman named “Witness-1” will be testifying in court that Abrego Garcia attempted to recruit her into the smuggling conspiracy and allegedly invited her to join in on smuggling trips, according to court documents. Prosecutors claim he exchanged pornographic messages with Witness-1 and asked her for nudes when she was 15 years old at the time.

OD, I appreciate that you put "news" in quotation marks. Except for the Daily Caller (IJR) story, all the other links were from last June or older. Suffice to say the prosecution witness is compromised.

Star witness against Kilmar Abrego García was due to be deported. Now he’s being freed.
Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes is a three-time felon who has been released early from federal prison to a halfway house in exchange for his cooperation in the case.

The Trump administration has agreed to release from prison a three-time felon who drunkenly fired shots in a Texas community and spare him from deportation in exchange for his cooperation in the federal prosecution of Kilmar Abrego García, according to a review of court records and official testimony.

Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, 38, has been convicted of smuggling migrants and illegally reentering the United States after having been deported. He also pleaded guilty to “deadly conduct” in the Texas incident, and is now the government’s star witness in its case against Abrego.

The government illegally deported Abrego to a notorious megaprison in El Salvador in March, and stonewalled for weeks after the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to facilitate his return to the United States. Officials flew the Maryland resident back into the country this month, but only after a grand jury had indicted him on charges of migrant smuggling, in part because of Hernandez’s testimony.

In court, prosecutors have identified their main witness as the “first cooperator.” But a federal agent also testified this month that the main cooperator owned the vehicle that Abrego was allegedly using to smuggle migrants when the Tennessee Highway Patrol stopped him in 2022. The Department of Homeland Security has identified Hernandez as the registered owner of the SUV Abrego was driving in that incident. That traffic stop is the centerpiece of the criminal investigation.

Garcia might be guilty as hell, but it's good to see him getting real due process.

First. I hate to tell you that Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, is NOT the "woman" known as WITNESS 1. You don't even understand that's not a female name. Strike one. You're as bad as concha🤣. So yes, we remember how you and your colleagues going batshit over the saint. Oh! YOUR reference was last updated on June 29, 2025 Strike two. If you're going to talk shit, you may want to check you're not doing the EXACT SAME THING.

The reason I had the earlier posts is that I thought I'd give some background when he came back. Obviously, you don't give a shit. I know it doesn't mean anything to you that one of dims "saints" case was actually well formed when the libtards demanded he be brought back. So now, And I'm laughing at you. before, he was yes, he was in a not-so-great prison. NOW, if they keep him here, he goes to federal prison for a couple of decades. He won't make it, and he deserves it.

Or they can deport him to Liberia. The prisons there have horrible conditions with overcrowding, poor sanitation, and a lack of rehabilitative programs. The Monrovia Prison, for example, houses around 1,300 prisoners, despite being designed for only 374 inmates. This overcrowding and lack of resources pose serious risks to both inmates and staff, and the situation undermines access to Liberian justice.

"DHS identified Hernandez as the registered owner of the SUV Abrego was driving in that incident. That traffic stop is the centerpiece of the criminal investigation." Okay, and he plead out a deal. That's often done. Still to go is the WOMAN that is testifying against St Kilmer. SHE is going to testify that your "saint" is a scumbag. A woman named “Witness-1” will be testifying in court that St kilmer attempted to recruit her into the smuggling conspiracy and allegedly invited her to join in on smuggling trips, according to court documents. Prosecutors claim he exchanged pornographic messages with Witness-1 and asked her for nudes when she was 15 years old at the time.

My recent headline about Trump administration being corrupt but incompetent applies here. "Smuggling" of aliens refers to the act of bringing someone across an international border. Nobody is accusing Abrego-Garcia taking people across an international border. He is accused of transporting people across state lines, which planes, trains, busses and automobiles do every day.

Like Donna, I am glad Abrego-Garcia will apparently be receiving due process. I am also glad that DOJ is having to expend so much energy and time to make their case.

In the real legal world, by defining him as working for a group, we have what we call "Continuing Criminal Enterprise (CCE) the cool thing about a CCE is that anyone that works for any part of the group is responsible for the totality of the group in a criminal enterprise. That's why there's an emphasis in him doing this for financial gain. If the women were slave labour as prostitutes, they could charge him and others with that. IF this group was big enough, they could charge under RICO statutes. Which, my guess would have been what they would have charged Epstein under.

    1. "Garcia might be guilty as hell, but it's good to see him getting real due process." - Donna

Exactly. That's it. That's the left's position on this. Everything else - all this bullsh*t about the left wanting to protect him even though he's a criminal - is manufactured by the right. We don't even CARE about Garcia, himself, any more than we care about any other stranger. We care about our rights being protected.

Rightists, apparently, do not. They're happy to surrender their rights, as long as daddy keeps saying tough-sounding things and making lib cry.

    2. OD,

This is an absolutely embarrassing thread for you. Delete it. Save your soul.

    Navy,

I have to admit that I don't recall posting with you about issues touching on the liberties guaranteed to citizens by the Bill of Rights. However, I can tell you that t'other SS progressives only seem to care about liberty and freedom when Dems are impacted. Donna is a hypocrite.

All of our progressives were shameless in supporting the "dithering and diminished" "feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap's" string-pullers' Big Brother restrictions on liberty during COVID up to the moment they were embarrassed, several times, by the Supreme Court.

... and, most hilariously, they insisted that Trump be denied due process when blue state legislatures and bureaucrats attempted to deny the OrangeTurd the right to run for President in 024.

If you really believe in liberty, welcome aboard! We lovers of freedom are a fun crowd.

    Ditto BTW.

My point here is the dims screwed him royally. According to immigration law (which none of the dims could read), he was absolutely deportable when they caught him. And they lied about him so much, instead of getting him back, he'll die in prison, or shortly after he's out. I kinda think the ST and his handler are going to die from lead poisoning (sorry for the reference in this case). Hernandez is a dead guy walking. UNLESS that's the deal he made with his handler, which is quite possible.

For those who can actually say the words, "Garcia might be guilty as hell, but it's good to see him getting real due process." You need to read back on the Immigration Law that I posted about a dozen times. THOSE ARE LEGAL INSTANCES OF DEPORTATION REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU "WANT." If the law is the law, asshole violated immigration a half dozen different ways KNOWN AT THE TIME. Please go to the community college and take "Constitutional Law 100." You'd actually be stunned at what you don't know or understand.

You apparently don't know what due process is. Look it up.

The fact that those people who opposed COVID restrictions and vaccine mandates had their cases heard by the Supreme Court IS due process. Incidentally, the Supreme Court sided with the government more than once. They upheld a COVID-19 vaccine mandate in (Biden v. Missouri) for employees at healthcare facilities that participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs. The Court also declined to review a challenge to New York City's vaccine mandate for health care workers.

As for Trump, he also had his days in court on multiple occasions. In fact, he's been given many more opportunities to make his cases than the ordinary defendant. Most defendants cannot afford or don't have the clout to exhaust the appeals process.

You apparently don't know what due process is. Look it up.
Actually you are one of the people that need to go to your local community college and apply for "The Constitution for Kids!" primer.

You still don't accept there is a thing called "IMMIGRATION LAW." There are so many things you miss because of that. The FACT is that is legal "Due Process." I've quoted, cited it, and told you where you're wrong and you still don't get it.

Here's another one. If this is too tough, go to the first citation.

Are immigrants entitled to due process when facing deportation?
Yes. The Fifth and 14th Amendments’ due process clauses protect every person within U.S. borders, regardless of immigration status. The Supreme Court recently reaffirmed this, ruling that immigrants facing deportation under the Alien Enemies Act are entitled to the opportunity to challenge the legality of their detention before removal. The Court cited its ruling in Reno v. Flores, a 1993 case where Justice Antonin Scalia wrote, “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles [immigrants] to due process of law.”

In the Abrego-Garcia case (and other cases) the Trump administration is following the dictum of Soviet secret police chief Lavrentiy Beria, who said, "show me the man and I'll show you the crime". As for DOJ's accusations against Abrego-Garcia, they can bring those charges to grand jury, and possibly prosecute. Abrego-Garcia is still allowed due process.

Again, you need to actually understand 8 U.S. Code Chapter 12 - IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY. I know that you actually "think" you're correct, AND the "opportunity to challenge" 8 Chapter 12. I've said this a dozen times and you keeping yourself ignorant. There are 2+ times an immigrant can challenge the judge's opinion. ALL immigrants have these opportunities to them. AND they can actually ask for a hearing on a DHS decision at any time. I invite you, ONCE AGAIN to actually read what this is actually about. NOT what YOU think is going on. Someone who doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground told you this at one point. You fell for it hook, line and sinker. And honestly, you don't have a care about what the law really says. Chapter 12 does NOT violate any other law or constitutional ruling. I'm sorry, THAT is just the fact of the situation.

    OD,
You must now about prima facie evidence. Reality indicates that I am right.

The Trump administration already deported Abrego Garcia but the courts made them return him to the US. Abrego is getting due process and will apparently get his day in court.

  14. by oldedude on November 18, 2025 8:10 pm
I do. and so you "think" that is expected on ALL legal classes, which it doesn't. My point is that you don't have the skills to understand which laws apply where. You're a fucking novice in the land of experts. You are outgunned, and ill advised. If you go further, you'll just rank as "just fucking stupid." I could give a shit either way. Honestly, I don't care. You can either concede, or I will turn int0 a complete imbecilic, Which is easy. Not through "my" thoughts, but through the LAWS and CONSTITUTION of the United states. It's really a bother that you have never actually read what you're talking about
