This is the blithering idiocy of El Presidente's flabbergastingly incompetent excuse for a presidential administration incarnate. All you MAGA Hats in here cheered like hyenas when these "criminals" were busted. Now it's going to cost you your precious tax dollars. I love it! Your tax dollars going to pay Trump's fine to all those "illegals"! HAHAHAHA!!!

Koreans detained in Georgia battery plant raid preparing class action lawsuit against ICE

Korean workers detained during an immigration raid at a Georgia EV battery plant in September are preparing a class-action lawsuit against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ABC News reported Monday.

Roughly 200 workers, including a man identified as Kim, are accusing ICE of unlawful detention, racial profiling, human rights violations and excessive use of force. The raid targeted a joint Hyundai Motor—LG Energy Solution EV battery factory under construction near Savannah, Georgia.

The Korean workers had entered the United States on B-1 business visas. They were dispatched as skilled technicians to train American employees and help set up production lines.

On the morning of Sept. 4, ICE agents stormed the site, halting operations. “Agents armed with guns stormed the site, helicopters and drones circled overhead — it felt like a scene from a movie,” Kim said.

ICE agents reportedly presented arrest warrants in English, which most of the Korean workers could not fully understand.

More than 500 workers were detained in the raid, including about 300 Koreans. ICE described it as “the largest-ever enforcement action at a single worksite in U.S. history.”

Detainees stand against a bus before being handcuffed, during a raid by federal agents where about 300 Koreans were among 475 people arrested at the site of a $4.3 billion project by Hyundai Motor and LG Energy Solution to build batteries for electric cars in Ellabell, Georgia, U.S., Sept. 4, in a still image taken from a video. The piece goes on to tell about the treatment these skilled technicians received at the hands of Trumps ICE Gestapo. I think they are absolutely going to win their case.

The shear, blithering, insane idiocy of this orange maniac. Anyone who would have ever voted for this asinine con man is also a blitheringly gullible moron.

I saw a segment of an interview he did tonight with Laura Ingraham where he said, "They wanted to come after the immigrant workers there" like he had nothing at all to do with all. Those hundreds of advanced engineers got their asses deported for no actual reason whatsoever.

    Youdabomb, po! Good times, man!

This reminds me of the days when you quoted Jack Smith's indictments of Trump as if they were unanimous Supreme Court decisions.

Youda freakinfrigginEFFINbomb. And, your earnest deranged TrumpHate is a joy to behold.

    Thanksagain!

Not half as much entertainment as I get from watching you support, defend, and champion every single heinous atrocity that your orange cult leader foists on this once great nation, pedophile's bitch. No matter how incompetent his demonstrates himself to be, you salute his incompetence as the work of his brilliant genius.

So how do you feel about what happened to those South Korean engineers at the hands of Trump's ICE goons at that Georgia plant? What kind of score would you give the administration for this event?

  6. by HatetheSwamp on November 12, 2025 6:31 am

    po,

Because I'm not a hapless prisoner of my own subjectivity, I can connect to the real world more easily.

Did you notice that when the OrangeTurd visited South Korea recently, it was a real kumbay moment and a good time was had by all?

Maybe your take is disconnected from the real world. Eh? Yeeeeeeha!

  7. by Ponderer on November 12, 2025 6:47 am

Your lame attempt at obfuscation aside, how do you feel about what happened to those South Korean engineers at the hands of Trump's ICE goons at that Georgia plant? What kind of score would you give the administration for this event?

ICE rounded up hundreds of perfectly legal temporary workers... highly skilled engineers... who were legally there to legally finish the outfitting of the legally negotiated plant and then simply kicked them out of the country. As if every fully documented and legal temporary worker there had just hopped a fence in Tiajuana or something.

No comment...? Trump's doing fine...? He's got everything under control...? What a fine genius businessman he is...?

Again, old news. The ROK government was advised these folks were illegals and what the agreement between the two countries was going to be just like all the other countries was going to be. Especially with ROK, who prides themselves on a good economy, the were more than a tad embarrassed their citizens were entering the US ILLEGALLY when we usually take them openly.

I find it interesting that the two folks that call the "racist" card (and surprised "nazi" wasn't brought up) are both on government assistance. So it's okay to have slaves here in the states as long as they're "those little brown people (which aren't but they don't understand that), and they don't understand THEY could actually be working their own jobs and getting health care and a decent check with vacation, etc. So they love being on the gov'ment dole and they both hate the country they're living in! This again, shows the welfare queens still abound, and they're proud of being leaches on the system!

"The ROK government was advised these folks were illegals and [...]" -olde dude

Complete and total unadulterated flaming bullshit. They were in absolutely no way whatsoever "illegals" by any stretch of any legal definition.

I can't believe that olde dude is this roaring drunk this early in the morning already.

pedophile's bitch, you are of course always welcome to default to your base-level stupidity and asinine, blabbering obfuscation when you have nothing intelligent to respond to anything I say. I expect no less.

    Oh. I see. Hmmm.

Well in that case, both you and they were wrong. All of those engineers doing the final outfitting work for the plant were all here completely and entirely legally. None of them were "illegal" at all.

    Interesting shift to this story...

Toyota opens new U.S. battery plant, confirms $10 billion in new investments - CNBC
Toyota has commenced production at a new $13.9 billion battery plant in North Carolina. The company also announced an additional investment of up to $10 billion in the United States over the next five years, building on its existing plans.

Apparently, it's not that big of a deal to investors. I'm also interested in how the ROK government is guiding this.

If it was why the fuk didn't he pull the trigger on it? This is a trumpster thing. At least he has the huevos to pull the trigger. He didn't even make a tentative announcement on it, which tells me you're lying again.
