You knew there was more to it the way they just tried to sweep his oddball assassination under the rug with the usual "lone wolf assassin" theory aimed at some clueless lunkhead with no red flags or political bearings. Here is an interesting conversation where they discuss the fact Kirk called for an internal "DOGE" style audit of the organization a mere 8 days before he was murdered. They spell out how other folks in the organization had their own agenda - funneling money to their own businesses via no bid contracts and possibly even bribing politicians. It's a 15 minute vid but it kept my attention throughout even though there are some denser explanations.

Brown Shorts and OD have no reason to watch so go back to your HeeHaw and Petticoat Junction reruns guys - this one is WAY over your heads.

Everyone else? ENJOY!

Bumping this one because it needs to be seen.

  2. by Indy! on November 7, 2025 7:36 pm

Turning Point was a money-laundering operation? Not a peep from Brown Shorts or Odorous on that one. They found out their hero was a rube being used by the very people he was denouncing - he was Israel's bitch the whole time.

I am not big on getting my news from YouTube. Is any of this verified from a legitimate new source?

  4. by Ponderer on November 7, 2025 10:08 pm

A fair question, Curt. But with the most successfully orchestrated money laundering schemes, there likely wouldn't be.

  5. by oldedude on November 8, 2025 7:43 am
I didn't watch the video, because like curt, if you don't have a legitimate source, it doesn't matter.

SPOILER ALERT: The FEC commissioners only found reason to believe there was a violation on the $33,795, fining TPUSA $18,000. Done. Nobody is in jail, and charges are not pending.
You can read the rest if you want, but that's the bottom line.

Just a matter of perspective. When Omar and her husband/brother got into trouble, they were warned. They didn't change so they got audited. Some fines, a slap on the wrist. And she couldn't pay the husband/brother the amount she was paying him. Even for DC it was too much.

As far as money laundering goes. You have to show money was obtained, funneled, and goes to receiver with the intent to hide the funds from a financial institution or the government. Everything else demands a predicate crime.

All of the issues surround fundraising and spending practices lack transparency.
So in the deeper dive, they'll look through the books, tell the PAC what they need to change.

Large sums were routed to companies tied to founder Charlie Kirk and associates.
This just sounds like a politician. TPUSA needs to show that contracts were done legally. This is generally an issue for new 501(3)'s and PACs. AND this honestly does raise questions about potential enrichment and limited public scrutiny.

Reporting also documents heavy reliance on wealthy conservative foundations and donor-advised funds that legally shield individual donor identities, producing opacity in the organization's revenue sources and challenges for outside oversight.
My first question is; "who do you think is going to give to TPUSA? Donna and po?" ALSO what the auditors found was done "legally" but the initial exam questions it. Money can be sent (cash) without names depending on the amount. Also if it's a PAC, the PAC is required to have that information, depending on the amount. Just for clarity. TPUSA has to record any donation over $200.00.
This is a huge hole that is heavily abused because if I give $25k in the fish bowl cash, in itself, has to be named. And if it's cash, no one knows that. Almost every politician has at least one PAC that does this. I don't like it, but I wasn't asked.

Anyway, for a PAC, they need to follow rules, I think everyone understands that. Judging from what Treasury said about it, I'll chalk this up to sloppy bookkeeping. If it turns out to be something, they're not giving those hints from what the auditor says.

    Curt,

"I am not big on getting my news from YouTube. Is any of this verified from a legitimate new source?"

Since 10/7, I've realized that you really hamstring Donna and po and Indy when you require a legitimate (my word, trustworthy) news source.

So first Odorous acts like it's nothing - then lists all the things they did that are obviously illegal. Thanks for the support, buddy. 👍

  9. by Indy! on November 8, 2025 9:36 am

Does everyone except OD* and Brown Shorts* consider Southern Poverty Law Center a reliable source?

As a nonprofit, TPUSA does not pay any taxes on its revenue — approximately $80 million in 2022 — though numerous actions appear to potentially violate its tax status. In 2024, TPUSA invited Lara Trump to speak at a 501(c)(3) sponsored event in her official capacity as co-chair of the RNC, where she encouraged attendees to support her father in-law in the upcoming presidential election.

In 2020, ProPublica raised questions about the independence of the firm that audited its financial dealings and the reliability of the organization’s public financial disclosures. The Associated Press reported that TPUSA has made millions in payments to companies controlled by key figures within the organization and even paid for Kirk’s wedding reception in 2021 by billing the event as a fundraiser and ninth anniversary celebration.

BTW, there's plenty more in that article about TPUSA that blows the crap out of the "Kirk was an angel" story the GOP is telling in the aftermath of them assassinating him.

    *Because they're racists.

Regardless. The investigation was ended and fines were levied by NOVEMBER 1, 2025. Again, you should prep yourself on the facts before you fly off the handle. It makes you look more stupid than you actually are. If that's possible. And check the dates on your stuff. That helps also. The splc article was dated May 22, 2025. The update was dated November 1, 2025. Your discussion isn't relative anymore, nor is the splc article.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is about woke hate and sanctimony. But, today's a new day. MAGA is the new cool. Woke is the new vile.

  12. by Indy! on November 8, 2025 1:18 pm

    Trump is woke.
    You're woke.
And both of you are vile.

That doesn't mean woke is vile though. MAGAt logic... 😂

Funny, that's NOT what the investigation said. So if you actually want facts instead of tiktok or youtube, I would look at that. All the BS the libtard propaganda was making up about TPUSA, was just that.

This is the first part of an atticle that was published The Guardian:

Money and misinformation: how Turning Point USA became a formidable pro-Trump force

This article is more than 4 years old

The rightwing group outgrew its origins on campuses to hobnob with Republican operatives and donors – despite some discomfort in the party

    Peter Stone in Washington
    Sat 23 Oct 2021 05.00 EDT

The powerful conservative youth group Turning Point USA, which has forged strong ties to Donald Trump and his son Don Trump Jr, has raised tens of millions of dollars from super rich donors and secret backers while pushing disinformation about Joe Biden’s win in 2020, Covid-19 vaccines and other extremist and rightwing issues.

The group is campaigning on college campuses across the US, as well as expanding into rightist media and faith activities and – through its campaign arm – is getting directly involved with elections, where it often supports pro-Trump and conservative candidates.

The emerging strength and roles of TPUSA in the conservative ecosystem- and the rising visibility of its ambitious and hard driving Charlie Kirk – has sparked withering criticism from medical experts and ethics watchdogs, as well as some Republican party operatives.

Founded in 2012 by then-18-year-old Kirk and headquartered in Arizona – where it has built a robust base now backing Trump-endorsed candidates like a former Fox news star running for governor – TPUSA’s revenues have soared from $4.3m in 2016 to almost $39.8m in 2020, according to public tax filings.

TPUSA boasts it has allies on more than 2,500 high school and college campuses and is the “largest and fastest growing youth organization in America”. The group, which has non-profit charity status that bars political work, also has a political arm called Turning Point Action that can do election work.

The two groups’ fealty to Trump has generated mounting criticism and alarm. Kirk and his outfits have been vocal exponents of baseless claims of election fraud, promoting the 6 January rally that featured Trump’s call to “fight like hell” before the Capitol attack, and running Facebook ads with blatant falsehoods about Covid-19 vaccinations.

Several of the right’s top financial donors have poured millions of dollars into TPUSA coffers, including Foster Friess, the late multimillionaire whom Kirk has credited with helping to launch his operations, and the powerful Bradley Foundation. Donors Trust, a major dark money operation used by big donors to keep their names secret, plowed $906,000 into TPUSA in 2019, according to public records.

I'll post the link folloeing this.

    link for my last post

  20. by Donna on November 9, 2025 12:51 pm

    From the same piece:

According to a complaint filed in March with the Federal Election Commission by the watchdog group Crew, Turning Point Action failed to identify donors, as the law requires, for its expenditures, which included online ads and other political operations.

After Crew’s complaint, the group amended two of their FEC reports and later responded to FEC letters raising similar concerns. The group so far has disclosed donors for just under $34,000 of their $1.4m in 2020 independent expenditures. It’s unclear if the FEC has taken any further action, a Crew press secretary said.

Some GOP fundraising consultants have other worries about TPUSA’s operations and tax status given Kirk’s cheerleading for Trump.

Oh really? So guess what - Indy's video was pretty darn accurate after all. What a shock. It's almost like it falls into the same category as everything I post - it was two steps ahead of everyone else.

  22. by Indy! on November 9, 2025 4:26 pm

Bumping this one up now that it has been confirmed to be 100% true (whether the high and mighty Curt agrees or not). 🙄

  23. by oldedude on November 9, 2025 7:50 pm
Honestly, I'm just going to say this.

YOU ALL ARE USING THE OLD FUCKING INFORMATION! I gave you the end fucking result. Donna (especially) should recognize that, but apparently is so much full of fucking hatred she can't.

I laid out the finished case. If you can't fucking accept that and the dates on the fucking reports you don't deserve to be listened to. You're frauds and fakes.

donna- you're article is MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD. MINE WAS 10/2025. whothefuck do you think is more accurate right now, because concha uses YOUR CITATION as that I lied. And YOU fell for it. apparently. Only because it's you. I'm open to you not saying they were guilty in 2025. That's key. The investigation was done EXACTLY what my article said it was. conchita was LYING.

little pussy- your "article" from splc, which I may accept on that date, but not later, is dated May 22, 2025, and doesn't mention anything about what you are talking about in your lead thread.

    YOUR articles:
    [1] Checked on October 11, 2025
    [2] dated May 22, 2025

    MY articles:
Checked on October 11, 2025 And what's interesting is that YOUR TRASH LIES TO YOU. Both articles match for the end of the investigation. AND YET you FUCKING CHOSE TO LIE. BOTH OF YOU.

  25. by oldedude on November 10, 2025 8:46 am
ONE MORE FUCKING TIME> The video is outdated. Simple as that. Why can't you admit that things changed in the case? Instead of your fantasizing about Kirk. You're just proving yourself stupid and simple minded.

What you're saying is some third-party "story" about things they didn't know about. I gave you facts. Simple as that. This is the the results of the investigation. Period. So YOUR "youtube" is fictional at best, and nothing but a hit piece that some fucking moron concluded after being more hateful than you.
I had facts from the investigators. Simple as that.

    Just grow the fuck up.

  26. by Indy! on November 10, 2025 2:54 pm

Watch the video or quit talking. You're just making yourself look stupid to the people who are actually informed on this.
