CDL licenses out of NY state have shown some interesting things. Truck drivers are given licenses with no name attached to them. So there's no way of actually finding out who's driven the tons of explosives around the country. These licenses are known as "No Name Licenses" for obvious reasons. This issue is worse than the first with drunk and/or stoned drivers murdering people by being the main part of multi-vehicle fatal accidents. We actually "don't know" who these people are because NY state doesn't fulfill the due diligence laws of having a driver's license.
Again, the big three will not have any problem with this. Only because they're illegal immigrants. Everyone else MUST abide by the law. And law enforcement are the bad guys if they are found in possession of an invalid license or attempt to find out who these people really are.
donna- this is another answer to your real-life concern about another attack on the US. All but one of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 had a US issued ID.
With "No Name Given" these are just blank cards. And there's no history of them being in the US. The OK governor was given one of these by the OK State Patrol and was one of 125 "NO NAME GIVEN" licenses that have been found this year. All from NY. Of course, with the free state of FL finding this out, all truckers entering our state must produce a VALID CDL license to enter. If they don't have one, their company needs to send a LEGAL driver to get it out of impound and are charged for the towing (which is a lot for an 18-wheeler) and then of course the impound fees et. al. And any time a vehicle is impounded, there has to be a log in the vehicle of all the contents of the vehicle. So the trailer and truck get chickenshitted and if there's anything "illegal" in either truck or trailer, that vehicle is impounded. So that's a step in the right direction.
