We know that curt doesn't believe in due process for officers of the Law (assumingly that includes his son), but INSISTS that all illegals receive more due process than the law allows. Unfortunately, these three examples are all Indian Nationals (although Borko Stankovic doesn't sound like he's running from India). AND they all got their CDLs in californication🤔. CA won't reply on the issues with #2 and #3, which sounds like admission of guilt.
So. My question is; will curt "insist" since they can't speak english, they should have the CDL anyway? Or maybe all three cases should have to be drawn through SCOTUS for a traffic accident? The world awaits a semi-logical answer.
08/18/2025. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ACCUSED OF KILLING 3 IN FLORIDA HIGHWAY CRASH CROSSED BORDER INTO CALIFORNIA IN 2018
Harjinder Singh (not Jashanpreet, below) made the illegal turn last Tuesday from northbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike about 50 miles north of West Palm Beach, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. A minivan was unable to avoid the truck's trailer, which was blocking the northbound lanes. Two passengers in the minivan died at the scene and the driver died at a hospital. Singh and a passenger in his truck were not injured.
Here's the kicker with this. In the standardized "English speaking test" given to CDL drivers, California gave him a CDL. In a test onscene by FL Troopers, he could only answer 2 of the 12 verbal questions, and 1 of FOUR traffic signs. Seeing that US signage is progressively like the internationally known signs he should have done better to say the least.
10/20/2025 Indiana- OUT OF CONTROL SEMI JACKKNIFED, CAUSES FATAL CRASH, KILLING DRIVER OF HIT CAR
An illegal immigrant in Indiana was arrested after he allegedly caused a fatal semi-truck crash, according to officials.
Indian Citizen Broko Stankovic was driving on U.S. Highway 20 Wednesday when traffic came to a stop due to a Ram Sprinter turning near Douglas Drive, but the suspect didn’t appear to slow down in his semi-truck.
Officials said Stankovic attempted to make a hard evasive left turn when he entered opposite traffic and hit a Subaru Crosstrek. The semi-truck jackknifed as a result and hit the Ram Sprinter, which was pushed into a road sign. Police said the 54-year-old driver of the Subaru died at the scene.
10/21/2025-Truck driver in country illegally was under influence of drugs in California crash that killed three
21-year-old Jashanpreet Singh the driver of a semi-truck that slammed into multiple vehicles, killing three people, on a California highway was allegedly under the influence of drugs, authorities said. Singh was booked for vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence of drugs in connection with Tuesday's chain-reaction crash on Interstate 10 in Ontario. He is in the United States illegally and an immigration detainer has also been placed on him, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
