It is a war crime and that needs no legal dispute. They attacked and sank vessels in International Waters.
And yet you've always protected Hamas on 10/7, which without any doubt was a war crime. Without exception. They actually invaded another country using their military (therefore were part of the "War Crimes Act," targeted and sadistically murdered men, women, children, and infants. And yet you (and concha) always divert the subject. I find that more than alarming.
Secondarily, The closest comparison the international community has is to compare them to Somali pirates on the open seas. And yet it okay to blow them up? If so, we can talk about that also.
It's interesting that it's only been Maduro to whine about it, and that's been slight compared to other attacks around the world. NO ONE in the international community, including CA, GB, RU, CH, IR have made a peep. So you would think it would be our enemies that actually make a difference to our international decisions to speak about it. Instead of someone that don't and have never cared about listening to.
Another thing. The US has declared them a terrorist group. So you're saying that when us and the rest of the world agree on taking out Syrian, and Lebanese terrorist camps that harbour IRA and train them to attack the Royalty of Britian, we're wrong?
I know that somehow you believe in protecting terrorists of your choosing. But if it walks like a duck, murders people, uses terrorist tactics and fulfills the definition of (especially) FYVES nations, then it's a f**king terrorist. I don't care if they're Central American, or European, or Asian. And honestly, I felt the same way about the Irish as you feel about Hamas, until I figured out that was two-faced bullshit.
