I think Dems foolishly believed that the anti-MAGAs in the Swamp would always provide cover for their, as po'd say, but this time, appropriate, UNCONSTITUTIONAL behavior. Trump's regime has nearly 3 1/2 years to mine the Swamp bureaucracy for whistle-blowers who will expose the secrets of "that feckless dementia-ridden piece of crap's" string-pullers.
