The latest development includes accusations that some Loudoun County Public School officials are trying to cover up alleged sexual assaults by a gender fluid student wearing a skirt...

According to the commonwealth's attorney, the same teenager is accused in both incidents that happened months apart at different Loudoun County high schools. In one, the attack took place in a girl's restroom. The alleged attacker was allowed access to the bathroom by the school's transgender policy.

The victim’s father, Scott Smith, is suing the school system after being arrested while trying to confront the board at a recent meeting.

Gang,

This is what happens when you try to make public schools woke.

You social progressives have gotten ahead of yourselves. Who, who's using their brains, didn't know that assaults of innocent young women were inevitable.

The idiocy is these policies. The tragedy is the heartlessness of woke public school officials so lacking in courage and character that they'd even consider covering up this evil.

If Terry McAuliffe, who got caught telling his truth that parents shouldn't have a role in their kids' education, loses in a week and a half it will be over woke Dems and their mindless countenancing of this evil.

If he wins, it will be a tragedy and a disaster.

IMO all restrooms should be unisex.

  2. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 10:48 am

That way young, innocent women can be raped in any public restroom, eh!

  3. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 11:33 am
I have previously stated here that despite the #MeToo movement, that I don't automatically "believe her". I suspect that the 15 year-old girl who supposedly made the accusations provided no evidence of the alleged assault.

Presumably, there were no witnesses (other girls) in the public restroom at the time of the alleged attack. If that's the case, anybody wearing a skirt or not, could have entered the restroom and assaulted the girl.

  4. by Donna on October 23, 2021 11:41 am
Unless it's a restroom that doesn't get much use or isn't within earshot of the someone calling out for help, I would think that that would be one of the worst places a sexual predator could choose to commit a sex crime because of the high liklihood of getting caught.

  5. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 12:14 pm

Well, we ARE discussing that happening in real life.

  6. by Donna on October 23, 2021 12:16 pm
    We're discussing an allegation.

  7. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 12:25 pm

Thing is. No one's denying it. One school board member resigned. All that's being argued now is the lack of character among school board members and the superintendent.

    HtS,
I don't believe it did happen in "real life". The accusing girl's father is a nut who can't restrain himself in public. The nut doesn't fall too far from the tree.

If schools are concerned about campus assaults, then restrooms (and empty, unlocked classrooms, etc.) shouldn't be isolated and out of earshot from teachers, students and others. And they may want to mow down any hedges or shrubbery where a rapist might lie in wait.

  9. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 12:44 pm

    Curt,

    Huh!!!!!

A male student put on a skirt...not that there's anything wrong with that...and walked into the girl's restroom...as is his right.

And, when the opportunity presented itself, he raped.

He's involved in two incidents. Are you saying that the same father was connected to both incidents...in different schools!!!!!?

  10. by Donna on October 23, 2021 12:51 pm
I hadn't read down that far.

  11. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 12:58 pm

Above is Scott Smith being arrested at a school board meeting. No, I don't take his word, his daughter's or the other accuser. I wouldn't have believed Emmitt Till's accusers either. If they make a credible case in court, I am open to being convinced the assaults actually happened.

    Donna,

Like it or not, there are many predatory males in the world.

Is that a good thing? Obviously not. But it's reality...

It seems to me that so much that is woke requires something that approaches eutopia. Lacking eutopia, many young women are going to be endangered by this potty policy.

  13. by Donna on October 23, 2021 1:03 pm
I don't. Has there even been one confirmed incident yet?

  14. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 1:08 pm
    HtS,
Males are more predatory than females. I don't believe males are willing to wear a dress just to assault women.

If Loudon County school's restrooms are the site of repeated restroom assaults why would a male need to wear a dress to attack a girl? It would be easy enough for a male to wait for her to be alone and simply enter the restroom.

  15. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 1:24 pm

I don't believe males are willing to wear a dress just to assault women.

Perhaps you should read up on serial rape and murder. There are many evil people in the world.

As I noted, no one's denying these assaults took place. Parents are enraged that the embattled school board engaged in a coverup.

Clearly, the incidents took place. They won't be the last.

  16. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 2:08 pm
    HtS,
I don't believe your implications either. You imply that you've read up on serial rape and murder. Provide a single example of a convicted rapist or murderer being a male dressed as a woman.

  17. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 2:29 pm

    Be serious.

The very nature of being predatory makes it a no brainer that they'll do whatever is convenient and possible to exploit their prey. Watch a few reruns of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. Channel some Marlin Perkins.

And, the kid in the skirt in Loudoun County will be convicted.

  18. by Donna on October 23, 2021 2:39 pm
As Curt said, no sexual predator is going to stop preying on women if they're prevented from entering women's restrooms.

"As Curt said, no sexual predator is going to stop preying on women if they're prevented from entering women's restrooms." --Donna

To believe otherwise you have to believe that somebody intent a rape would be stopped by a "Women" sign. Btw, I have the same thoughts about "Gun Free Zone" signs as an effect way to stop school shooters.

HtS, don't count on this kid being convicted. You are opening yourself up for disappointment.

  20. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 2:57 pm

    Donna,

You're granting a free pass, into the biffy every public school girl uses, to every predatory perv who's willing to put on a skirt.

If you think that doesn't increase the risk for girls and young women, good for you. But, I'll never agree.

I understand the dad in Loudoun County. I hope I wouldn't have behaved as he did but I can't guarantee that I wouldn't.

  21. by Donna on October 23, 2021 3:30 pm
As Curt said, the alleged perpetrator could have just as easily walked into the restroom dressed in male clothing.

  22. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 3:44 pm

...the alleged perpetrator could have just as easily walked into the restroom dressed in male clothing.

You two have a different definition of "just as easily" than I do.

  23. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 3:58 pm
"You two have a different definition of "just as easily" than I do." --HtS

So you would have hard time figuring out how to enter this door?

  24. by HatetheSwamp on October 23, 2021 4:03 pm

I imagine that I'd have difficulty doing it unnoticed before, during and after entering.

Is this quantum of physics for you?

  25. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 4:08 pm
"I imagine that I'd have difficulty doing it unnoticed before, during and after entering." --HtS

Why? You don't know how to open a door? If you believe her there weren't any other people around when the alleged assault happened. Who would have been around to notice you?

  26. by Curt_Anderson on October 23, 2021 5:56 pm
"If schools are concerned about campus assaults, then restrooms (and empty, unlocked classrooms, etc.) shouldn't be isolated and out of earshot from teachers, students and others." --me

My suggestion about classrooms was more spot on than I realized. Reportedly The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office said a 15-year-old boy from Ashburn forced the victim into an empty classroom and “held her against her will and inappropriately touched her.”

Curt. It's easier for me to chortle than to take you seriously. Chortle? Heck, guffaw!!!!!

How many $TRILLIONS do you think your proposal would cost?

Maybe Joe could drop his Reconciliation Bill as a down payment on your Trans Perv Biffy Reconciliation Plan.

I can tell you that the plumbers union would ask the Pope to canonize you. Yeah. St. Curt, the Patron of leaky faucets!

    Bahahahahahahaha kehehehehehehehehe hoohoohoohoohoohoohoo, ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
