And this is why no one should ever assume that "ICE agents" trying to kidnap them are actually real.

Houston homeowner shoots and kills two men in ski masks who turned up at home claiming to be cops

A late-night knock at the door turned deadly in Houston, Texas on Friday after gunfire broke out between a homeowner and two men in ski masks claiming to be cops.

Both men were killed in the shooting that happened around 11 p.m. in the southeast of the city, according to the Houston Police Department.

Police said the men told the homeowner they were serving a warrant. They were wearing bullet-proof vests, had badges around their necks and were wearing ski masks.

Lt. Amber Khan told KHOU that the homeowner “became suspicious, because, you know, they have a ring camera too, and the suspects were saying they had a warrant.”

“But it was just two people and they’re masked up and no police cars, no lights or anything like that,” she added.

The masked suspects then shot a barrage of bullets through the door, prompting the homeowner to return fire. Lt. Khan said the two men were pronounced dead at the scene, despite officers' CPR attempts.

The homeowner was not injured. His wife and child were also inside the home during the incident, but police say they were rattled.

“Thankfully, no one else is hurt,” she said.

The suspects have not been publicly identified by police.

The suspects have not been publicly identified by police.

Because they actually WERE cops trying to make a few books rousting civilians? 🤔 Th fact cops / ICE / Border Patrol / and the military can now hide behind masks like the pussies we always knew they were - it opens new doors of economic opportunities for them AS WELL AS new opportunities to... "retire early" like these two guys.

I don't believe most cops hide behind masks. I know that my son and his police colleagues don't wear masks and furthermore they all have their last names prominently displayed on their chest pockets.

I agree that ICE and other agencies are pussies if they wear masks. Worse, it's an invitation for abuse hidden by a cloak of anonymity.

Funny how right-wingers objected to COVID masks but have no problem with federal government goon squads wearing masks.

  4. by Donna on August 25, 2025 10:52 am

They're trying to get US Americans used to seeing law enforcement with masks - a secret police force.

Curt, do you know if your son worked along the side of ICE officers yet?

  5. by Curt_Anderson on August 25, 2025 11:13 am
    Donna,
No, he hasn't worked with ICE. When he visited in June we expressed our strong disapproval if he did work with ICE (not that he would be in position to refuse an order from a superior to do so). He said then that nobody in his department has been required to work with ICE.

He and female a colleague are a two person team responding to sexual and domestic abuse cases. Given his specialization, I suspect and hope that he will never be asked to work with ICE.

Curt- First good on your son for his his work.

It used to be that very few cops would ever wear headgear. Be that as it may, when I was working Drug Task Forces, the task force did a buy/bust and of course had the search warrant ready for the house. As they were searching the house, they came upon the names of task force members, home addresses, spouses names, kids names, etc. NOW, with the help of the libs, officers are being doxed and depending on the violence level of the groups, firebombing a house is not unreasonable to assume.

Kidnapping from Mexico south, is a common thing to get the parents to do something the cartel wants. The other thing is to kidnap the kids and to get the child/ children out of the US in a couple of days. Once that happens, they get into the international slave trade. Out of the 450,000 kids that go missing each year in the US, 1,500 of them are confirmed as kidnapped (which means someone saw the kidnapping), parental kidnapping, etc. But I guess that ensuring your family is safe isn't a libtard thing🙄.

Oh how CONVENIENT - now OD allegedly worked with a Drug Task Force that found the names of cops with their addresses and family photos for the "cARteLs" to use if they needed to do some random killing for no reason whatsoever. LOL!!! What a fucking farce. My advice, OD? Same as always...

TURN OFF FOX AND REJOIN REALITY!

Nobody is buying your far fetched fairy tales you saw on NYPD Blue. 😂

ROFLMFAO!!! I didn't get this far the first time because the first part was so unbelievable on EVERY FUCKING LEVEL...

    OD
NOW, with the help of the libs, officers are being doxed and depending on the violence level of the groups, firebombing a house is not unreasonable to assume.

It's NEVER HAPPENED IN THE HISTORY OF THE USA - but for the MORE HYSTERICAL among us, it's "not unreasonable to ASSume"

Good freakin' lord, get a grip Queenie. 🤪

More on the most Odorous post ever...

How many kids go missing in the US in a year?

    AI Overview
Approximately 460,000 to 840,000 children are reported missing in the U.S. each year, with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) reporting around 460,000 instances of missing youth in the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database in recent years. While the exact number varies depending on the source and criteria, the majority of these cases are resolved, WITH A VERY HIGH PERCENTAGE OF CHILDREN BEING FOUND AND RETURNED HOME SAFELY.

    High Recovery Rates:
Despite the high number of reports, the vast majority of children are found and returned safely to their families.

    Causes:
The reality of missing children cases is complex; many are not abductions by strangers but involve runaways or parental custody issues.

That goes pretty close to what I said, had you actually read the post. AND I even qualified the Kidnappings. Many of the kidnappings are parental (like I said), AND in latin America, they're seen, and reported, but the (mostly kids) never return. Unless they're kidnapped for ransom. So pretty much you're just supporting what I said. And I'm also sure you didn't realize that, because you're too stupid to actually cite anything. So when you "say" you cite all the time. Thea't a full blown provable LIE.

Anyway, thanks for the support! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

How does your "Spanish" go over in latin America, Odorous? They probably consider you a comedian down there. But let's not get so far off track that we don't point out that LATIN AMERICA IS NOT THE USA!!!

    🙄

How does your "Spanish" go over in latin America, Odorous? They probably consider you a comedian down there. But let's not get so far off track that we don't point out that LATIN AMERICA IS NOT THE USA!!!

First off, my Spanish is good enough that I can order meals, ask how people are doing, meet others. My accent is more Colombian, but my dialect is more Mexican.
That is a problem, because there's a lot of those words that I had to know growing up to know if I'm being insulted. Then I worked gangs in Colorado, which were much more Spanish or Calo. So when I meet people, I always explain that and I'm afraid of slipping that dialect in the conversation.

And you're an elitist xenophobic prick. That's in "English" because you can't even get to the bathroom or say thank you in any other language. And you live in a state where Spanish is an accepted, legal language. We've been through this before. Your hatred of everyone and everything is your standard.

All this sums up your hatred of the little brown people and your acceptance of the slave labour. They're not human to you. You don't care about them as human beings.

Have a nice day, and bless your heart.

  17. by Indy! on August 26, 2025 5:59 am

I grew up with Cubans all around me. I’m sure you had one or two spanish speaking folks wherever you were - but obviously you didn’t learn it very well if you think “concha” (shell) is some kind of slur. My guess is the waiters are being polite by not pointing out your errors when you order an “umbrella” with your “Spanish” but you’re pointing at the photo of the arroz con pollo on the menu.

  18. by oldedude on August 26, 2025 7:00 am
That's "funny!" concha. That shows you absolutely CAN'T speak Spanish, and you can't even look it up (even funnier) cornudo! It shows you are a TRUE racist! Cubanos all around you and you still didn't pick up the language? A TRUE racist!

Yeah, you finally catch on after I have tell you 4 or 5 times you got the word wrong so now you come up with an actual slur. You learned how to use Google - good for you. Still won't fool anyone into believing you can speak a single word of Spanish or that you're not a racist bigot like all MAGAts.
