A theory, Hate, is a hypothesis that is proven. It then becomes a theory. That is, proved science.

I don't know how many times I have told you that it is completely proven that CO2 increase is the cause. That is beyond doubt, and every permanent temperature change in the history of the Planet has the same cause. Change in CO2. There have been a couple of instances of a precipitating cause of the CO2 change other than orbital changes, but the temperature change is down to CO2.
How we know it is mankind is that CO2 is increasing (and methane, increasingly). C)2 is composed of three molecules. C(arbon) 12, 13, and 14. The concentrations have changed from normal as C14 is increasing: only C14. C14 comes only from the burning of fossils. Oil, gas, wood. Preindustrial emissions were balanced. As much is absorbed in carbon sinks as is emitted naturally. Now, the sinks cannot absorb the excess, and it is parked in the atmosphere where it reradiates more of the sun's rays back to Earth.
There are other effects, too. Most is absorbed by the ocean, and that is increasing the acidification of the ocean, killing many species of marine life and depriving you of your favourite seafood dinners.
I have made that as simple as possible in the hope that it will seep into idiot brains.

My niece is in marine biology and she says the oceans are a lost cause.
