DISCLAIMER: This is just something that came out today. This is a "maybe" but I figure with all the other "stuff" that's put out here, it may be a good reminder.
Remember the libtard's hero Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was indicted on charges of alien smuggling and conspiracy earlier this month? Well, the indictment says he played a "significant role" for alien smuggling and conspiracy by a grand jury in Tennessee, with accusations stating he played a major role in a human smuggling operation that lasted nearly ten years. According to AG Pam Bondi, Garcia was a full-time smuggler, making over 100 trips across the U.S. and transporting individuals, including women and children, often associated with the MS-13 gang. (they also don't have to "prove" the MS13 nexus). The indictment claims that Garcia and his co-conspirators worked together to profit from transporting undocumented immigrants from several Central and South American countries to the U.S. All of these points are considered "predicate acts" of a crime. This is where it pays to be actually read and understand law).
During one of his smuggling trips, the indictment claims that Garcia and his co-conspirators worked together to profit from transporting 150 undocumented immigrants from several Central and South American countries to the U.S. overturned, leaving more than 50 migrants dead and many others injured.[pp 26]
Neama Rahmani, a former assistant U.S. attorney, says this incident could be the basis for death penalty-eligible charges. Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Neama Rahmani indicated that even if Garcia wasn’t directly involved in the vehicle's operation, he could still face the death penalty as a co-conspirator if prosecutors can establish his involvement in the smuggling operation.
Rahmani emphasized that prosecutors do not have to prove that Garcia intended for anyone to get hurt; they just need to show that he intended to smuggle people into the U.S. and that a death resulted from that action.
This is 50 counts of Manslaughter 1, or Murder 1 or 2, depending on what they can prove. 50 counts of either one of the charges make him eligible for the federal death penalty😱. The libs here have said overandoverandover about how "it only matters if he gets his day in court." Okay, you got it.
