I'm sure I can't be the only one in this forum who can't quite understand why MAGA Hat Hate seems to think he has some sort of special dispensation to thumb his nose at the teachings of Jesus, when he insists that he himself is a follower of the Christian faith. He seems to believe himself to be excused from such Christian teachings as not bearing false witness against others, caring for the least of Jesus's flock, treating others as he would want to be treated, welcoming the stranger, and the like. Is he merely a flaming hypocrite? Or does he know something that the rest of us don't know about Christianity?
Anyone with even a passing understanding of what Jesus was all about and who spent twenty minutes perusing MAGA Hat Hate's plentiful and sundry posts and threads in here could see just how far he misses the mark, as it were. The hate he feels so justified in expressing apparently has no governor on it. Not even Jesus's own commandments seem to have any dampening effect on the effusive hatred he sees fit to share with us.
So, I thought I would give him this chance to explain why he feels so free to hate and be such a flaming asshole bigot all the time.
Given that he's a learned authority on Christianity and the Bible, perhaps he is in possession of an obscure loophole in the religion that allows him to be as big of a flaming asshole as he wants to be, to whoever he sees fit to be, and Christ can go pound sand with His teachings for all he cares.
Besides solving a mystery for us that has gone on for a very long time, I think this will actually be a good learning experience for him to actually set into words what he thinks makes him such a special Christian that even basic, fundamental Christian principles in no way apply to him.
