BTW, in ole pb's opinion, Welker is far from the worst of the members of the progressive SwampMedia. And. I thought she did her best not to Shanghai Vance yesterday. I imagine she held back for two reasons:
1. She had to know that JD'd eviscerate her. He's better at handling a hostile "reporter" than anyone I've seen in my many decades. It was obvious that she was holding back. At several points, she involuntarily moaned as if she was holding back a challenging question. Good for her. Because of observation #2.
2. She understood that Trump chose her to be the vehicle to empower the administration to speak to Iran as well as our allies... and Russia and China, et.al., in the aftermath of the bombing.
Ole pb thought Welker was EFFIN brilliant at that task, something the SwampMedia does very poorly with Trump in the Oval Office.
IMO, JD's the man. He speaks for Trump 1,000 times better than Trump speaks for himself.
