And the flaming racist bigot thinks he's being real cute about it too.
I won't post the whole article giving the details. You can read them all at the link. But it appears obvious that what the Executive White Supremacist is doing is reverting the names of military bases that were originally named after confederate officers and changed under Biden back to the original confederate names.
Except that he's pulling it off by naming the bases after white soldiers who have the same last names as the traitorous confederate the bases were named after originally.
The one that really got to me was the renaming of Fort Gregg-Adams. Originally named Fort Lee, after Traitorous American-Soldier-Killing Gen. Robert E. Lee, it was changed to Fort Gregg-Adams to honor two incredible black American patriots and heroes...
Lt. Gen. Arthur J. Gregg was an American military officer who on July 1, 1977, became the first African American in the U.S. Army to reach the rank of lieutenant general.
Lt. Col. Charity Adams — the other half of the name — led the first female Black unit of the Army deployed in World War II and was the commanding officer of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion. She was the first African-American woman to become an officer in the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (later WACs).
In fact, a movie was made about Lt. Col. Charity Adams and her unit, The Six Triple Eight, which I saw for the second time last night. She and her platoon of all black female soldiers were pessimistically given the herculean task of sorting and routing for delivery huge aircraft hangars filled to the rafters with bags of mail to and from soldiers that had backed up for three years during the last part of the war. Seventeen million pieces of mail. All previous attempts by white units had failed miserably, which was why it had stacked up for years. Adams was given six months to pull off the miracle, with the racist brass all but counting on her failure.
She and her incredible black female soldiers pulled it off in 90 days.
Morale in the military soared as letters that had been sent to them years before were finally delivered to them. And likewise, families who hadn't heard a word from their family members for years received everything their family members wrote to them. The 6888 was lauded as heroes. There probably wasn't a single soldier in the military who didn't think of them as such at the time. Lt. Col Charity Adams absolutely and without question deserved and earned the honor of having a base co-named after her.
But this white supremacist regime in power can't stand for that. A military base renamed to honor a black woman??? When it was originally named to honor a white traitor to the United States who was responsible for helping to kill more Americans than Hitler did??? That Shall Not Stand!
Fort Lee will now be named for Pvt. Fitz Lee, who received the Medal of Honor for heroism during the Spanish-American War, when he moved under fire to rescue wounded comrades.
Now, I am in no way at all besmirching the service of these white men who are being shamelessly exploited to replace the names of minority and women military officers and soldiers. They are simply being used. I am sure that it took president Crackerass Racistfuq's minions a while to find military personnel in our history with the same last names as the American troop killing traitors they wanted to re-honor. I wonder how many of those men who are being used this way would vomit at the thought of how they are being exploited to erase the history of fellow soldiers who were minority and women military heroes.
The fact simply and quite obviously is that if Pvt. Fitz Lee's name had been Pvt. Fitz Leed, regardless of his patriotic heroism, he would not be getting this honor. The same goes for all the other forts being reassigned their original confederate names. Say what you will, but this blatantly obvious fact will not be obfuscated or denied away.
What shamelessly immoral racist asshole pricks this administration is full of.
