The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled unanimously that the president overstepped his powers in imposing the tariffs on dozens of trading partners, most of which he’s since paused.

A federal court has struck down President Donald Trump’s tariffs on dozens of countries, saying his effort to justify them with broad claims of national emergencies exceeded his legal authority.

The unanimous ruling of a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of International Trade strikes a blow to one of the central planks of Trump’s economic agenda at a time he is seeking to use tariffs as leverage to strike trade deals around the world.

All of the liberals are against Trump. The leftist fake-news woke marxist legacy lamestream media is against him. The judges, including his own appointees, that ruled against his election fraud suits, and struck down his unconstitutional deportations ... they're all against him. All the people that he said were the best people ... the BEST! .. that have since resigned or been fired because they weren't loyal or said Trump was an idiot — Comey, Scaramucci, Mattis, Rex Tillerson, — they're all against him. Anthony Fauci, Dr. Birx, and the scientific community that won't listen to his wisdom about Covid and global warming ... they're all against him. John Kelly. Mark Esper. John Bolton. Mike Pence, who wouldn't crown him king. They're all against him.

And now it's spreading to the international courts.

Everyone is turning on Dear Leader!

The disloyalty and incompetence must be stopped. Trump can't do this alone, he's beset by limp-wristed, nanny-state woke snowflakes on all sides. Stephen Miller needs to step up his game. Nazi salutes, loyalty pledges and military parades, please, Stephen.

See Navy's comment #2. It IS a federal court. The unanimous three judge decision were by a Reagan-, an Obama- and a Trump-appointed judge. For Trump, that last judge must sting.
