I am surprised that Vance Boelter didn't kill himself before being apprehended.

Due process not dead yet.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Friday barred the Trump administration from quickly resuming deportations of Venezuelans under an 18th-century wartime law enacted when the nation was just a few years old.

Over two dissenting votes, the justices acted on an emergency appeal from lawyers for Venezuelan men who have been accused of being gang members, a designation that the administration says makes them eligible for rapid removal from the United States under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.

Thomas and Alito? Had to be. The only two far enough away from the sketchy appointments made in the first Homeless Hairdo term.

Does anyone here expect Shitler to comply?

    Donna,
Trump admitted (whined really) that he has to comply.

"THE SUPREME COURT WON’T ALLOW US TO GET CRIMINALS OUT OF OUR COUNTRY!" President Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform after news of the ruling.

Trump criticized the Supreme Court's action, writing on social media, "This is a bad and dangerous day for America!"

The president lamented that under the ruling illegal immigrants who he said have committed crimes "are not allowed to be forced out without going through a long, protracted, and expensive Legal Process" that could take years.

Why doesn't he just finish the work on his border wall? Certainly that will keep the undesirables out. 🙂

"Does anyone here expect Shitler to comply?"

    Donna,

When did Tangerine ever not comply?

We all know when your Doddering Old Fool didn't comply, baha. Or, didn't The Rachel not "report" that?

Donna, I think Hate is referring to when it was discovered that Biden had top secret documents in his garage and he was compelled by subpoenas and court orders to return them, he told the courts to go fuckthemselves. Remember that?

And remember how when Trump was found to have accidently moved out of the White House with a truckload of top-secret documents, they also asked him to return them...? And how he told them they could come by his place anytime they liked and pick it all up and that he'd have it all ready to go for them...? Remember that...?

Remember how well and to the letter Trump complied to those court orders and all the subpoenas he ever got?

    Bahaha.

    Even your memory is deranged.

But, then, maybe not. You get your "news" from the Rachel.

po and the whole SS woke progressive Swampcult:

After all these years, I still can't tell if po's a liar, or if po's insane.

I'll guess that I've gone back and forth on that question a couple hundred times.

    Any insight?

I was being facetious, and Hate thinks I was being serious.

I wasn't actually saying that Trump willingly handed over the top-secret documents that he stole. I was just kidding to make a point that Hate totally missed.

Trump stole those documents and then flat-out refused to comply with court orders and subpoenas to return them. He had absolutely zero right to them. They were not his to take. He was in willful violation of the law. And when confronted with it, he just ignored all attempts to get him and his lawyers to return them until the FBI had to come in with a warrant and take what they could find back.

Trump doesn't give a flying fuck about complying with court orders if they don't suit his purposes. Court orders are only things that he uses to go after his enemies. They have to comply with the courts, but he just doesn't.

"Trump stole those documents and then flat-out refused to comply with court orders and subpoenas to return them."

    po, baha.

Trump was charged by the Biden lawfare fightin DOJ. He was not convicted. Innocent until proven guilty in this land of freedom!

Biden's brain was fried and forgot he wasn't supposed to take his work home. He broke the law.

Trump was stealing stuff to sell to his buddy Putin and his "friends" in Syria.

  12. by Ponderer on May 17, 2025 9:34 am

Right, Indy!. It always appeared to me that Trump was treating those documents like they were his retirement account.

If Trump's own ass-kissing judge hadn't been in charge of the case, any other judge in this country would have wrung him up for his blatantly illegal and treasonous larceny.
