It stuns me that, in my day, to be a progressive meant, by definition, that you promoted the needs of, and loved, common people.
I'm convinced that, today, despicably, social progressive elites, like po, and "intellectual" elites, e.g., Curt hate Trump because everyday mommies and daddies and nannas and pappaps love him,... and Trump loves them.
In spite of itself, the GOP, once the party of the country club, has become the party of the people. And, the Dems, the party that hates them.
